The property manager was very helpful throughout, noise pollution is a little bit of a problem but always will be at such a prime location in the centre and near to the train station, and the manager is actively working towards sorting this.

Very disappointing. Our room was basic, un-ironed bedding, dirty floor in shower, had to straddle the toilet to clean our teeth. Everything was grime The window was wide open in our room when we arrived , which was at 10.30 PM, and there was no heating on. We went downstairs to ask them to put it on, and they did - for about half an hour! We were freezing, and couldn’t sleep because we were so cold. £140 per night with no breakfast provided was a rip-off. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, and won’t be going there again. Never actually met the landlord - everything was done by phone. Payment was taken as soon as we arrived which is probably in case we refused to pay the price when we left.

Undergoing refurb so very dusty. Rooms are nice and modern and spacious. Was concerned about only being able to open room with our phone ? What would be the back up if our phones died? No milk left for me the tea and coffee station which was disappointing. Good location and good price

It’s good for small trips. Bathrooms are very small. No water pressure in the showers and basins.
