DO NOT STAY HERE. No Quality in this Quality Inn. No breakfast as advertised. Okay fine. Then charged us $10 per room more. Okay fine. Rooms looked like the photos, but no water when we arrived. Had to ask them to turn the water on. Hence no ice in the ice maker. When you walked on the laminate flooring in our room, the other end of the floor plank lifted. Okay fine. On the second floor between rooms is an outside walk area. Covered with lose planks. Could fall through and massive tripping hazard - see photos. There was a pleasant young man who checked us in when we arrived. Outside looked like a dump when we arrived, but had prepaid on ***********. THE KICKER WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE MORNING FOR SHOWERS. I called down to say we didn't have hot water and woman that answered said she just had a hot shower and let it run. So we let it run for 10 minutes and still no hot water...in both rooms (one room was next to office). So I went down to the office. It was locked up even tho' someone should be there all the time. I called and she said she'd be right there. I enter saying I just called and I'm coming to complain (but not angry) and that is when the woman behind the desk said I'm just an Employee. I acknowledged this and said, I understand and it's not your fault but I need to tell you about our terrible experience and find out who we can talk to. So as it turns out, the employee was the Manager who didn't identity herself at all. Wouldn't deal with any complaints. When I asked her who I should contact to discuss this all with, and for money back (I said at the very least the $20 extra we paid) she told me I was yelling and making her feel bad and had to leave or she'd call the police. I never yelled at all, but I was shocked by her statement so apologized for making her feel bad. Again, I'm thinking she was just the employee. Only I didn't find out she was the manager/owner until she let it slip when she was telling me to leave. I then started recording this because I can't believe what is happening and how this has escalated from a legitimate complaint and wanting to know who I should talk to, to being kicked out. I soon realized that this is how she treats complaints, by kicking people out of the reception area and calling police. Police did come too! I couldn't believe it!! And they agreed that the place was at least a bit better looking than it had been. What a waste of their time. Police were kind and super understanding. ANYWAY = DO NOT STAY HERE. SAME PRICE AT MANY OTHER HOTELS ON THE ***** IN SHOW LOW, AZ WITH BREAKFAST. This one however is FALSE ADVERTSING, HIDDEN CHARGES AND A NASTY MANAGER
