Wow! What an experience, and not the good kind. Luckily, our room was clean, even though the towel hook was hanging down and it was old, and the fan did not bring the cold area from the living area to the bedroom. However, the hallways were dirty, garbage strewn all over the stairway, and flowing out of the garbage cans. The smell that was in the hallway, sure smelled like pot to me (though don't know if it really was). at midnight, Loud bass music was coming up from the parking lot for at least a half hour. Never again for us.

Previous to our stay here, we had never stayed in a "suite" before. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. There was a full kitchen, stocked with the necessary utensils, a living area with recliner and sleeper couch, a bedroom with a queen size bead, a nice bath and shower, and plenty of closet space. It is quiet there, and very well managed. Zoey was our office contact and she does an excellent job handling all of the guests.

Great hotel. Recliner in the rooms. Near restaurants and shops. Room was very clean, spacious. Staff was good. Well lit and parking is good. Super soft beds. Had to figure out the stove but not to hard.......................................

The best 4 month stay ever. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Hotel is pet friendly and Apollo had a blast here. Grills outside for cooking. Highly recommend for a stay in Short Pump. Room cleaning once a week for longer stays but always able to get fresh towels, soap, shampoo, dishwasher pods ex at front desk.

I liked it a lot for an overnight stay. We had a full kitchen so we used it for breakfast light cooking, we bought something from the farmers market next door. The room itself is regular maybe a bit dated, but everything functions well. It’s quite soundproof to my surprise, I didn’t hear our next door’s loud music which was nice.

I started sending my employees here about 12 months ago. The hotel has been a disappointment from day one. Billing is always 2-3 months behind, there is no control over what rooms my employees are approved to book and the management has zero urgency. I have removed this hotel from the list of locations my staff are approved to stay in.

First time at a Candlewood Suites and I am very happy. The check on experience was excellent and I received the accessible room I reserved. Very clean room and hotel. Good recognition for my status too. My only complaints are there was no frying pan and the hot water in the shower was not what it should have been. The hotel was 10 miles out of my way but worth the extra travel time.

Great stay. Location is great, next to resteraunts and a grocery store if you use the kitchen. Good value. Came here on a business trip and used the room as an office. This room met my needs and the location was a bonus.

I had an amazing weekend the front desk lady was supper! I loved the lay out of my room and how clean everything was.. loved the honor system for cupboard only thing I don’t like is when trying to leave a review here on trip advisor it keeps reverting me back to add more “ characters” to my review just to submit it … definitely not user friendly but I will come stay again
