The accommodation is located not very far from the main road. But the route to the hotel if arriving late at night is quite scary The property is secured by a fence and gate. There is a 24-hour security inspection unit. The room is clean, but the air conditioner temperature control is broken. Can be adjusted only for cold air and turning off the air conditioner The door on the balcony of the room was not completely closed. Causing the wind to come into the room all night The price is very affordable compared to other hotels in the Dead Sea area.

What a contrast to the Movenpick I visited earlier in my trip at Petra. This was a luxury hotel, the hotel is laid out as a small village ultimately leading down to a private beach on the Dead Sea. Its unique layout means a small map is useful and given on check in. I only stayed 4 nights, but had a lovely room, very well soundproofed, very clean and fitted out to a decent standard. It was a perfect way to spend a few days before returning home. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel is impressive. Even days in I was finding new things, like a Jacuzzi right next to my room! The hotel has a few swimming pools. A larger family one, with a bar and closer to the beach a smaller adults only pool. My only downside would be why music has to be constantly at the pools. It did seem a bit over the top. During my stay I also booked the Spa and had a very relaxing massage, the choice was substantial with loads of options. The one I chose was 50 mins for 85 Dinas (£110) and the layout and spec of the spa was one of the best I’ve seen. The hotel food was a mix, in the evenings a choice of Buffett for 26 Dinas (£35) or a trip to the restaurant village which has a Grill, an Italian & a Chinese to pick from. The only issue was eating at the restaurant village they have a band/belly dancer and the volume is so loud it’s impossible to talk to anyone else at the table. It’s a shame as it’s a nice idea, but just so incredibly loud. I found lunches could be a mixed bag too, beach bars seemed a lot of money for the limited menu, but the bar near reception, the Al-Khayyam bar seemed as good as any with a decent choice for about 15 Dinas (£20) Overall I really liked the hotel, it’s somewhere I would return. They are trying to appeal to a large market of families, couples & singles, with cultural differences from Western, Eastern and Arabic guests, so I’d take that into account booking here too.
This 5 star luxury hotel provides uninterrupted views across the vast sea towards the west bank and access to some of the most beautiful scenery in the world/ including religious sites and majestic countryside.

Dead Sea has lost a lot of tourist arrivals after the war in Israel started. Anyway upon check in, the staff kindly upgraded our room to a Premium room with pool view. 2nd floor was fine as we did not need to have a sea view. The resort is so huge, so walking around can take some time, or you can call reception for the buggy to pick you up. The next morning, we were amazed by the buffet spread at breakfast, from freshly baked pastries to eggs to Middle eastern side dishes. There was even sparkling wine wow! The view from the breakfast place was lovely, we could see the circular swimming pool and the Dead Sea in the background. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it had the fresh paint smell as it was recently renovated. The bathtub and shower were good, plus the amenities were special as they were made using Dead sea minerals.
Of course a visit to the Dead Sea is incomplete without visiting the sea itself, we had a great time by the beach. The staff gave us instructions on how to soak in the Dead Sea and also helped me to slather mud on my body. The additional massage on my neck and shoulder areas was really good. We had so much fun here and took many great photos!

Great location, secure, top class rooms, fabulous restaurant on site.
The first of its kind Hotel, with a prime location in the heart of the capital city overlooking one of the liveliest and busiest streets, known as Zahran. The hotel is only a few steps away from Sweifieh’s primary shopping district, home to many famous brands and best known for its nightlife and its shopping culture, shopping centres are scattered around. Wakalat Street is another landmark of the area, a pedestrian zone containing dozens of shops and cafés. The area is served by several cafés, restaurants and bars. Galleria Mall is an attraction to the area due to its many diverse outlets, shops, boutiques, and quot;Premierquot; supermarket. The area is served by taxis serving other regions, whereas the bus line connects with the Downtown station at one point. The hotel features 178 stylish guestrooms with a Jordanian ambience, varying from standard, superior and premium rooms in addition to Junior suites, Premium suites and family rooms/suites, with a spacious layout catered to your comfort whether travelling solo or with family. 35 km from Queen Alia International Airport and 10 minutes driving from downtown. The room is very good, the bedding is very comfortable, the towels, sheets, etc. are very clean. The bathroom is relatively large. I am the most satisfied hotel during this 24-night trip to the Middle East. The breakfast is also good. The staff service is very good, warm and smiling. From the security at the door to the front desk and restaurant, everyone works. The staff are very good. There is a big shopping mall downstairs. There are many restaurants nearby and there is a good Chinese restaurant. Overall, I am very satisfied with it. Recommended

Facilities: This old hotel has been around for some time. Although it is a very luxurious old hotel in the local area, the facilities are obviously outdated;
Service: The check-in staff at the front desk were not very enthusiastic and had a cold face throughout the process (maybe I didn’t meet the right person?) and had a strong English accent, but the welcome guys were super responsible and enthusiastic. We drove there and stayed there During the 2 days, you only need to drive your car to the entrance of the lobby every day. After asking for your room number, the receptionist will take the key and help you park the car and keep the key (the key will not be returned to you). When you go out, go to the bellman counter. After reporting your room number over there, the guy will immediately drive the car to you at the entrance of the lobby. This service process is awesome!
Environment: There are many boutique chocolate shops + restaurants nearby, including Hardee’s, a local Jordanian chain fried chicken burger restaurant, with large portions and super delicious! If you have time to live there, you must try it!

GGuest Userthe check in process is not clear instructed or at same level as the one in Amman, which cause us some confusion on both parking and luggage delivery to the room.
however the buffet breakfast and dinner are good offered at quality and quantity.
dead sea floating at hotel's area is good experienced in early morning due to less crowd poeple as well as the sea waves.
shower in the room is ok.
sea view at our room s terrace is satisfied.
you may also enjoy quite good sea view at lobby.
the main swimming pool is quite popular during the day.
GGuest UserI checked in before the Mid-Autumn Festival. The hotel environment is good. I experienced floating on the Dead Sea. I was a little pressed for time and didn't have time to experience the spa. It's a pity. I will go there next time if I have a chance.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel on the Dead Sea is a family trip. We booked two rooms and upgraded the two connected sets. Walking down to the beach, the swimming pool is very beautiful, and the security is very strict. Food outside is not allowed, maybe because the restaurant is very big and has a lot of food, but it’s possible. Not very Chinese taste but overall recommendable
