Location was good, room was spacious but it was looking more like a lodge. But it's good for short official visit not for family stay. No photos

We have booked a premium room as i went in as family of 3 and thought that the deluxe room is kind of smaller than premium room. Within minutes from checkin we opened the tap and there was a heavy leaking of water through the geyser when called the person, he said that he will fix it and asked us not to use geyser and also said that there was no written commitment that hot water will be provided to guests. So he said we need to shift to deluxe room which is a cheaper option and at the same cost as premium. After much persuasion and my request that i am travel-ling with 70plus senior citizen he managed to give us a bucket and heater with a stick to put it over the bucket. Also ac is centrally controlled from reception and temperature is fixed. You have to ask them to switch on whenever you go out of the room. I wish that mm t will take notice if this and be careful while on-boarding any property on mmt.

The amenities are poor. There’s no tv connection, and the service is not up to the mark. The floors tend to get wet at night, which is inconvenient. On the positive side, it's a budget-friendly hotel in the area. The location is central, with easy access to food, bus services, and other facilities.

No in room service was available. Dirty washroom. Leaking taps. Broken dim lights. Noise in the bed while sleeping.
