The ryokan is a bit far from the main bus station (30 mins walk), though local bus stop nearby. This didn’t seem to be an issue for most guests, as many arrived by car or tour bus. It would be great if they could offer a shuttle service from the bus station (though I couldn't find details). The room was modern, and spacious, and featured stylish Japanese design. I especially loved the dinner area, where seating allowed guests to enjoy views of the greenery. However, the ryokan is somewhat distant from the river, with some construction across the road/river. If you're seeking a more rustic ryokan experience, the location might not meet your expectations.

There is a shuttle bus which is very convenient; the store is very clean; there are many types of hot spring pools; there are also coffee ramen; the food is beautiful and delicious.

The room is OK, very Japanese style. The front desk service is average, maybe because there are many people staying, there is no feeling of home.
