The hotel service is very intimate, because this trip is the stay of two elderly professors. The hotel's meal service and travel advice are very intimate. The service details and assistance beyond the service range make the two teachers admire and praise this hotel experience for a pleasant trip. A lot of points, thank the hotel staff again, hereby return to the Internet to give praise, it is recommended that friends who go to Baibin choose this hotel! I wish the hotel business is booming!

I stayed in a twin room with a dog. The same room for pets seems to be limited to the annex, and there is no bath in the room and you can't see the view, but the amenities for pets were substantial. I was a little worried about sleeping with a bed because I had a 6-month-old baby, but I was able to sleep well without worrying about falling because I attached two beds to the wall side! I was grateful for your concern. The hot springs also have crib in the dressing room, diapers trash cans, and children's chairs in the bathhouse, which is also helpful for families with small children. The dishes are buffet and there are quite a variety. Sashimi, sushi, steamed vegetables, roast beef, etc. Even baby food was placed. (12 months 〜 retort item) When I made a reservation from the official website, I stated that it was my wedding anniversary, but he gave me a commemorative photo at the restaurant. I was very happy with such a surprise even though I didn't tell you directly by phone. Only one point ‥ The elevator in the annex (pet room building) is too small. If you carry a suitcase, stroller, and a dog backpack on your back, you can't ride it unless you get insane and get tight. Also, there is a staircase in the corridor leading to the annex, so I put my luggage on the truck in the lobby, but I got to drop it all.

An annex of ”SHIRAHAMA KEY TERRACE SEAMORE”. Check-in is in the main building about 100m away. The main building is full of resort feeling, but the annex was only a glimpse of the sea even though it had an ocean view. The rooms are compact and you can enter the hot springs in Seymour in the main building and have breakfast. This time, I made a plan with breakfast, but the buffet bread is also sold at the bakery in the hotel, so it might be good to buy bread and coffee and eat it. It's a little inconvenient when going to hot springs and meals, but considering the cost performance, I think it's enough here even if it's not the main building.

We have a private onsen in room with seaview. It was nice. There were a few hair in the room tho…
The shared private bath is also nice. No booking is needed just walk-in. First come first served.
Didn’t went to the public as tattoo is not allowed.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, and it did not disappoint. We booked a room with a private onsen that overlooks the ocean. Unfortunately, the weather was gloomy and/or rainy most of the trip, but the view was still spectacular, and the onsen was incredible. The hotel itself has an older exterior, but the inside is immaculate. There is a bar with floor to ceiling windows that overlook the ocean. The Italian restaurant also has floor to ceiling windows that look over the pool. Our suite was the best (and biggest) hotel room that we stayed in while visiting Japan (including a massive shower, a double sink vanity, and a seat for the vanity). However, we did book a suite with a king bed, but were told that all of the rooms have 2 twin beds that can be pushed together. It was not ideal, but that was the only issue that we had. Infinito also had the most in-room amenities out of all of the hotels we stayed at in Japan. Infinito provided the usual amenities (hair dryer, water bottles, tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath slippers, etc.) AND several additional amenities (cookies to eat with tea, hair straightener, a second set of Bulgari amenities, a skin treatment set, hotel wear, indoor and outdoor slippers, etc.). The staff was absolutely fantastic. My husband had arranged for flowers in the room for our arrival, and the hotel was very responsive and able to accommodate his request. In addition, we had the pleasure of meeting Chiho, who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Chiho (and the rest of the hotel management and staff) helped us find restaurants and make reservations, and even arranged for shuttle service to the restaurants. The hotel also provided a shuttle from Shirahama station and a shuttle to Nanki-Shirahama Airport. One thing to note is that the hotel is still strict with Covid policies (moreso than the other places we stayed in Japan), so be prepared to fill out a questionnaire and wear gloves when dining at the buffets. Infinito is a little out-of-the-way, but is definitely worth the trek.

It costs 6000 yen with breakfast and there is change. Cospa is good. I wonder if people who are a little concerned about the room will be concerned. I don't care because I think it's a price noise problem. The hot springs seemed to be used in combination with free-flowing circulation, and the hot water was beautiful. The rice is inferior to the old Kanpo Center, but it can't be helped. Breakfast was very normal and the hot springs * were delicious. There is a paper cup and you can bring coffee back to your room. At the Kanpo Center, it was about 8500 yen with half board. Shirahama Onsen is suitable for people who want cospa because the inn is expensive. You shouldn't ask for service. It is cheap, so if you use it for consecutive nights, Cospa is good.

The sanitation is good, the soundproofing of the room is good, I can sleep so lightly, the service attitude is as good as ever, if there is any problem, call the front desk, they will solve your problem very quickly, work efficiently, very satisfied! ! ! ! Comfortable bed, great facilities, elegant environment, convenient transportation, high cost performance, good location, affordable, warm service, very clean
Enjoy a unique experience at this attractive facility. There are various types of dome-shaped lodges where guests can relax and watch stars from at night.
GGuest User2022.04.04
Very cute dome house, children, I was very happy. The cleaning is well done and there is no problem. Compared to the nearby luxury inn, there are inferior parts such as linens and facilities. I felt it was good enough for the price. But this time it was okay, but depending on the season and the weather, it will be a camping trial. I didn't know from HP (overlooked), Information I wanted. The room sending by cart was until sunset, but the definition of sunset is vague. The infant was sleeping and the cart was attachment, but it was finished. It was before sunset in my opinion. I think it's easier to understand that you have set the time in summer and winter. I went to fishing moat the next morning, so I made a night stay plan if I didn't meet the start of breakfast at 8 o'clock, but it seemed to start at 7 o'clock. The hot spring is also another fee, and the place where I stopped at the hot water before check-in, the discount ticket is received at the front desk, and there is a transfer between the village and the hot water of the toritori. Next time, the panda I want to stay slowly with two hot springs

I stayed here the day before going to Adventure World with my family.
I didn't feel that the front desk service was not very good, as I had read in reviews from previous guests.
The free drinks during the round were abundant, including whiskey ”Riku” and gin ”Midori”.
However, at night, there were so many foreign tourists in the lounge that I couldn't find a seat, so I thought it would be better if they increased the number of seats in the lounge.
I stayed without meals, but there were hardly any restaurants around the hotel, and it took about 20 minutes by car to get to a restaurant, so I recommend booking a plan with meals included. (You can use the restaurant on the day, but the price was higher than I expected, so I decided not to.)
There are relatively reasonable plans for accommodation on several travel sites, but the facilities were more substantial than the price would suggest.
I would like to stay here again.

The hotel is located by the sea and has a private beach (stone beach). The room terrace has a private hot spring, and it feels very free to watch the seaside hot spring. At 9 pm, the hotel will also arrange to play the projection on the beach hill with Laser for the pre-written message of the guests. This service is very heartwarming. If you want to propose and celebrate your birthday, you will dry it.
The main course for dinner is Japanese-style roast and beef, with two Italian and Spanish pre-foods, Japanese fried rice and ice cream. The taste is very good and the arrangement is very careful, the service is very thoughtful 👍🏻 breakfast is a simple Western food.
Because the location of the hotel is relatively remote, I have to drive by myself. The hotel is built on the mountain. The parking lot is a slope away from the reception desk. When checking in and leaving the hotel, the waiter will use the Golf car to carry guests and luggage to the parking lot and the reception desk. The check-in record is very simple, just report the reservation name, no registration and deposit are required. The waiter will take the initiative to send the luggage to the room via the stairs, and will not bother the guests at all. The service is first-class.
Although the space in the room is slightly thin, it is still enough. The room was clean and well maintained.
In summary, private hot springs and hotel services on the guest terrace are selling points 👍🏻

Outstanding
ああやの2525The quality of dinner and breakfast was very high and very delicious. The carefully selected hot springs were also very pleasant and beautiful enough to see the stars in the night sky. It was a very nice hotel.
FFarAway803324About 40 steps to the entrance as others write? You need to climb the stairs. Be careful if you are bad because you walk a little from the parking lot. I think there is no problem because there is an elevator in the building. There was a self-sufficiency space, work space and Japanese room paragraph space with work facilities, and it was clean and comfortable. The bath was good too. I stayed on the first day of the consecutive holiday. As far as the customer layer is seen, there is no purpose of work, and it feels like a family, a friend, and a waiver. So the Japanese room part in the night work space was a drinking bar. . . It was a dormitory on weekdays, but the dormitory room was quite large and surprising, and it was comfortable because the exclusive area per person was large. What I was worried about was the snoring of the next person. It is better to have an earplug. The small valuable locker is on the first floor. Since there is no locker for large luggage, it is necessary to leave it at the reception or to defend itself by padlocks. There is no supermarket in the walking distance, and even the nearest Family Mart is walking around, so it is better to buy before check-in. The parking lot of the inn on the first day of the holiday was full, and when I went out easily and left, I might be able to take another parking space, and I felt very hesitated to go to buy it by car. Please consult the parking lot in advance to the inn. You should adjust it. The staff at this inn was kind and nice. The whole was a very good stay.
SSirHotel location is good, breakfast food is suitable, hot spring fitness facilities are sufficient, staff is very polite but English is numb, service attitude is good and warm. It is very convenient to walk to nearby attractions and dinner, the room is large and full sea view. The only criticism is that the room is preset to be too hot and very dry, and there is no control method in the room. The solution is to open the air freshener plus dehumidification, and open the terrace glass door before going to bed.
GGuest UserIt was a new clean hotel. It's a simple service. You can check in early, but you can't enter the room until 15:30. There are only three check-in counters, and it took a long time because there were pre-clearance and meal time reservations. For dinner, all-you-can-drink was good with lobster, oysters, scallops, steak and all-you-can-drink. The sushi was black vinegar and sweet soy sauce, so it wasn't good because it wasn't Edomae nigiri. There are many families, and meal time is lively at the buffet. I think the location is good to enjoy Nanki Shirahama. It is not recommended for those who value the view. In addition, it was a little disappointing because the hot springs were boiled and circulated. Since it is less than 30,000 per person, I feel that it is a little expensive overall.
熱熱愛和歌山This is the third time I stayed at the Chuanjiu Hotel for a buffet dinner. Friends who love beef should not miss it, and the desserts are plentiful. There are many options for breakfast, there are many card slots in the hotel, and the room is spacious. During this recent stay, I found that many waiters came to Taiwan, South Korea, and Vietnam, so there is no problem in communication. This is the first time my friends are visiting. After eating the buffet dinner, I want to stay for an extra night. There is endless food.
GGuest UserHotel location is a little inconvenient, but the facilities are quite new, is a perfect hotel apartment. The bathroom facilities are very advanced and have the effect of cleaning pores. There is a large drug and food supermarket in 2 minutes, and there is a 24-hour supermarket farther away. It takes about 10 minutes to change the beach, but the surrounding environment is quieter.
RRuiThe hotel is equivalent to domestic Samsung, but the room is large, one double bed and one single bed, two double sofas, one massage chair. Right to the sea, there is a supermarket downstairs and very close to the bus stop. If you don't buy a day card in Shirahama, the bus needs to pay cash, and various kinds of transportation cards such as watermelon cards will not work. One poise and two foods, the meal is not luxurious, but it is definitely an experience. If there is an introduction, there will be a special person to send it to the room. Someone from the store will help with the luggage, drive the door, and send a farewell. Hot springs are 150 yen per person. This time, the children who were under 6 years old did not receive extra money for accommodation, and there was no extra charge for sharing meals with adults.
GGuest UserI stayed the night before to go to Adventure World. It's a very nice building and it's on a bit of a hill, so the ocean view is amazing. It can be seen from all rooms. Since it is a historic resort hotel, the sofas in the lobby are very exotic and have a solid design. At this time of year, the illuminations outside are so beautiful that you can experience an extraordinary experience. Although it was a twin room, it was a very large room of 45 square meters. It looks like 3 people can sleep on the sofa bed. However, it was really close to the sea and the wind speed was 12 meters that day lol. It's like a typhoon. I think this is a common occurrence locally, but people who are bothered by the noise may not be able to sleep. But the room is comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no free mineral water available. There is a lounge near the hot spring where you can drink for free, so I had some apple cider vinegar there. The hot spring had a washing area, an indoor bath, and an open-air bath. A little lukewarm. I'm 155cm tall and my body is about chest-deep in the open-air bath. There is a place to sit, so you can soak up to your shoulders. Children are safe with adults. Our plan included breakfast, and the buffet was excellent. Since it is a hot spring area, I chose Japanese food, but there are also many local dishes. Kishu pickled plums, fish, whitebait, fish paste, suguki pickles, simmered and grilled dishes, and a wide variety of rice accompaniments are also available. The dinner menu was also appealing, but I didn't like it so I decided not to try it this time. Drinks included milk, oranges, teas, and several types of coffee, which were also abundant for breakfast. I was unlucky not to have dinner last night, so I was very grateful and impressed. Guests can receive local coupons from Imawakayama. They will give you a paper copy and tell you how to put it into the app, but Mr. Koganoi was able to use it at a souvenir shop. Change is also OK. It was a short stay as I stayed the night before, but I would like to enjoy staying at a hotel next time. I'd be happy if there was a bus that would take me to my adventures.
