The staff were always super helpful. Ted goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and get you to where you need to be. His advice and knowledge of the area is first class and is always happy to get you to the best resorts based on your ability to ski or snowboard Thanks to the whole team for making us feel very much at home.

perfect location, next to lake. Good rooms with excellent view of lake/snow clad hills. Best thing was Ted, Owner cum CEO. he is so friendly and ever helping with valuable tips for 1st time visitors like us. Shota---Reception person is always cheerful and smiling! Brings so much positivity to all visitors. A great place to visit and stay!
