Hotels Near Ichinomatasakura Park in Shimonoseki

Arrived late at night and only １ nights. A little far from Shimonoseki Station, but the Karatsu market of the tourist spot is close and Akama Jingu shrine is in front of you. The dormitory room signed was just the view of Akama Jingu shrine. I couldn't use it when I checked out, but I seemed to have access to the rooftop. I did a waste of expecting a considerable view. The shared space is large and there is a cafe. Good environment for address hopper work. I'm almost a joint bath with Domi. It was my first visit to Shimonoseki, but I liked the city very much. However, it is subtle whether it becomes here because I want to take an inn around Shimonoseki station next time.

　The hotel in Shimonoseki chose this place to try fish and seafood in the Karato market. Since the front of the hotel is a shipping station to Moji and Iwata Island, I was able to return to the hotel in ５ minutes after sightseeing Moji retro. Convenience store is next to the family. The sea sound hall and Kamon Wharf are also in front of you. Akama Jingu shrine and Yoshitsune statue are within walking distance. The station is far, but there are often city buses. Parking fee was free. The staff feels good. The building is old, the room is slender and small, but if you go from the price, you can't complain. The bed in the twin room is semi double ２ and relaxing. The bath and toilet are separated, and the bath is Japanese style that can wash the body outside the bathtub. There is a bath salt. There is no hook to hang a bath towel.

This is pribably the best hotel in mojiko, beautiful rooms and good location. Guests for the better rooms have access to the lounge providing drinks and snacks throughout afternoon and evening. However the premier deluxe room that we booked has a split level between the toilet and the bed areas. This is unsuitable and unsafe for people with handicap and elderly couple like us. We had no choice but to ask for downgrading to a normal room. A great disappointment. However, we have to thank their staff for making an effort to relay our hearing aid which we left in the hotel in Hakata. They made sure that we received the ear piece in Kobe. We are very grateful.

Although the design of the hotel is relatively simple and old, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a bus nearby to go to Karato Market the next day👍🏻I appreciate the friendly attitude of the front counter staff, who also tried their best to communicate with us in English and a translator. Location conditions cleanliness is good. I don't go to the public bath on the first basement floor, but there is a joint bath. It is crowded depending on the time zone, but it is convenient to see the congestion situation on the TV screen in the room. The ramen of the noodle shop in the center of the adjacent ramen is delicious at the miso ramen shop. The guests are happy to have a drink 1 cup free including alcohol. There is also a single item, so you can easily use it as a tavern. However, the unfortunate thing is that the check-in is made by the time zone, and the procession takes too long. I was waiting for about 30 minutes when I went around 18 o'clock. Can't it be a little smoother? Because the check-out was possible by the machine, there was only one person at the front desk, and even if I tried to leave my luggage, it corresponded to other customers, and it took time and waited for a lot. I am glad to be able to temporarily leave my luggage before check-in or after out. However, when I went to take the luggage that I had temporarily kept after checking out in the evening, the customer was full at the front desk and waited for a while. I was frustrated because the time to leave the Shinkansen was approaching. It takes too long for one person. I want you to grasp the situation at the front desk at the office and respond to the empty employees. If this was not a full score, it was a pity. The language is polite.

Stayed in my wife and twin in February. 7 ｰ 8 minutes walk from the station, but the surroundings felt far away as a galan. The front desk staff was friendly and polite. I think it is better to check the congestion in the room because it is narrower than the dome inn next to it and there is no open air. The public bath is difficult and new and beautiful, but there is no view. The restaurant was in the back of the front desk and it was good to be a free drink lounge including alcohol in the evening. There were various soft drinks such as wine, shochu, plum sake, whiskey, etc. The tweezers were small bags of several cm angles, but the free drink lounge was good for a long time from 17:00 to 21:00. Breakfast was good as a business hotel with a Viking for gloves, basic Japanese style and tile soba. There is no check-out. I only get out as it is because I pay in advance without returning the key. I thought it was a super eco operation.

Very close hotel from Shimonoseki Station. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk. The price of the original 々 is also cheap, but we were able to stay at a low price in the Go To Travel campaign. We stayed 1-night in a 3-bedder while exploring North-East Kyushu area. Very friendly front desk staff and they were efficient and fast checking us in to to our room. To our surprise, we were provided with complimentary breakfast and also free-flow welcome drinks. Excellent end to the day after driving hours in the heavy downpour. Room was of good size for 3 adults and even space to lay out our luggage. WiFi was good and we had free car park throughout the stay. Beds were comfy with choice of pillows. Separate wash area outside the bathroom which was useful with 3 people in the room. Breakfast saw a good spread of local fare and it was sumptuous and must say the best hotel breakfast spread throughout our 2-weeks Kyushu road trip.
