Very nice hotel in good location. Lots of good restaurants around, room was spacious and clean. Very helpful staff

On arrival bathroom was not neat ans clean. They gently change room. Second room was not ok too. Finally thrid room was ok for me. Form e food was over spicy. I informed the staff. But there was no change. No fruit variation in buffet. Just e oncle one samedi fruit for there days and it was water melon. This too i old to staff but nothing changed about buffet.

Pros good location, in the middle of the town of sagar, bus stands are at walkable distance. Friendly staff, good food served in the restaurants. Cons the hotel is not maintained well. The first room that we were given 311 had issues like - ac not working, no wifi signal, damp smell in the room, stained bed linens, rough and stained bathroom towels. When the ac issue was addressed, our room got changed to room number 204. In 204, ac was fine, no damp smell, but the bed sheets and towels were similar to the previous room, wifi signal was weak but working at least with slowness. There was a problem with the wash basin in the new room, the wash basin was always giving too hot water regardless of the adjustment-directions. Overall the hotel needs to be maintained well.
