It’s was the most relaxing & comfortable trip. Awesome weather coupled with very good 7 star service. The property is built at an beautiful location far far away from the excessive buzz of Shimla.. The landscaping of the gardens and the general vibe of the property is Wow. I would like to thank Neeraj Nirju,Ayush Pandey,Dr.Nisarga,Preeti Dhagraik,Mhalevinuo,Tanisha Bhandral who made our stay extremely comfortable & one of the best at a Taj property.

This property is extremely scenic. Nestled amongst beautiful deodar trees, with wonderful views of apple orchards, hills covered with swirling clouds, twinkling lights of the villages at night.. it all just adds to the charm and beauty of this place. It is a wonderful place to get your pets *****. The best part is your pets are not restricted to the room, they are even allowed in the restaurant. Ample space for them to go for their walks. Staff is also friendly with pets. The cottages are comfortable with a good view. The attics are an added attraction for children. Room service is good. The staff is extremely courteous, pleasant and friendly. They go out of your way to make your stay comfortable. A special shout out to Monu, Goldie & Neha who made our stay memorable with their exceptional service. In all this is a very tranquil place to unwind amidst nature and one must visit this place for its serene environment.

It was a wonderful journey to Kullu, Manali, Sissu, Atal Tunnel, Shimla & Kufri with Mr. Akash Thakur who not only provided us an excellent taxi service but also guided us on different locations. We appreciate his punctuality & safe driving. He is a very good motorist with cooperative and friendly attitude. He knew everything about each place we visited. We had booked 3 rooms for our family at Radisson Kufri from 30th April to 3rd May 2022. The property is new, clean and has a lovely view. I particularly liked the lobby which had an 'old English inn' appeal to it. The rooms are well-decorated and are decent sized. After reading some reviews on the internet, we had booked superior rooms but realized that they have a 'wall view'. Specially the superior rooms in the wing which has the restaurant are very dark because they have a wall very close to the window. If you are interested in a good view, then either request for superior rooms with valley view at the time of booking or book a delux room. We had one superior room in the restaurant wing which we were slightly unhappy about. The hotel upgraded us to a delux room in the other wing the next day after check-in and did not charge us anything extra for it. Really appreciate this! I would like to thank Siddharth, Aditya, Rahul and others for ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Considering that Radisson Kufri is a five-star property away from Shimla town, expect the food prices to be on the higher side. But the restaurant amazed us with yummy food during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet had an elaborate spread and everything was delicious. We also tried the dinner buffet on our last night and were again not disappointed by the quality and taste of food. Special thanks to Chef Rajesh Rana for himself checking on with us about the food quality and also the complimentary beetroot halwa which was very tasty. One of the family members was fasting on one of the days and had certain dietary restrictions which were catered to well by the chef. Some things that the hotel can improve on in the future would be to add more staffs at the restaurant during breakfast (they are already working on this). The hotel can also carry out periodic inspections of the entire facility for regular maintenance. For example - There was a bit of a leakage into the bedroom from a small gap between the bathroom glass and the wall in one of the rooms that we stayed in. Other than these minor issues, the staffs at Radisson Kufri left no stone unturned to delight us regularly with their service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The orchid shimla is amazing hotel in shimla for best stay and view. I feel luxury experience. Breakfast and dinner food is very excellent. Room service is very fast and good. Hotel staff is very friendly and excellent

The word is just wow!!!! Great hospitality , food , damn clean hotel .. all staff form the Gm to the house keeping was very welcoming . A complete family resort just 5 mins from Mall Road …. Really had a wonderful stay very friendly atmosphere.. keep up the the good work Redisson Jass Shimla !!!
