I was disappointed with the whole experience.
To reach the hotel, we had to navigate a long, poorly lit, and narrow road that felt extremely unsafe at night. It was a nerve-wracking journey each time we went out and came back – not at all the relaxing or convenient access you’d expect for a hotel.
First, the room was far from what I expected based on the photos. It was small and had an unpleasant musty smell. The bedding didn’t seem clean, and the sheets had noticeable stains. The bathroom was even worse; there was mold in the corners of the shower,the soap and shampoo pumps were not in working condition and the towels looked worn and brown in colour (they were white towels)
Dining experience wasn't great at all either as the options were limited.
Overall, between the terrifying access road and the hotel’s lack of cleanliness and upkeep, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing property and wonderful service. The hotel is situated at the top of the Shimla hill and you can see the whole city from here . Neat and clean place specially the food and hospitality was good with the Chef Vikas and Diksha served us with best food and hospitality. Kudos to the good work 👍

Mesmerizing view from the balcony & roof top garden, courteous staff, multiple breakfast options & delicious too. Miss Diksha, Mr.Surjit, Mr.Atul & Mr.Pradeep has enhanced our overall experience with Regenta. To experience such a beauty you may have to sacrifice the easy accessibility to the shops for your daily need.

Very good hotel in an absolutely beautiful location on the hill top of Shimla. It looked as if we were on the highest point on any hill present around us. The room was very cozy and comfortable with a splendid view of the scenic beauty right on the side of the bed. The food was very delicious and the staff were really friendly and went the extra mile to make us more comfortable. The chef Mr. Vikas is amazing and one staff Ms. Diksha in particular was very accommodating. The are where this hotel is located is hard to access and there could be some confusion in finding it as some of the pathways lack proper directions but the pros of the place best out all the cons and I would really recommend this place for anyone visiting Shimla. Wonderful place overall.

Comfortable and relaxing stay. All good, rooms, service, food, hospitality excellent. Service staff Diksha, Atul, Parikshit, Surjit ate excellent host and always ready to help. All in all 5 star services, worth spending some extra bucks… thanks guys, would surely try to visit again

Beautiful room with comfortable and cozy environment, great view from balcony, service excellent, staffs were polite and offcourse restaurant food was awesome with great hospitality and service provided by staffs like Diksha, Atul and Surjit etc

Enjoyed the stay ...lovely cozy rooms with beautiful view of shimla..truly breathtaking. .the location is also near to the major tourist hotspots. Awesome food too and the entire staff is very helpful and very courteous... ... Most recommended.
