酒店的硬件非常好！
服務很差！
住的地方離前台很遠我行李又多根本拿不動
既然女管家也拿不動行李為什麼不配備推車？
提前就給我打電話確認入住時間要求了二遍加微信
這麼積極加為什麼管家微信沒有人迴應
入住後我再次確認泡池是否消過毒告訴我沒問題
放完了水全是污垢前台説靠近馬路飄進來的
那一堆頭髮也是大風颳進來的？
半夜十點多要來給我打掃水池多可笑
直到我投訴攜程管家才給我回復
然後缺東西多次致電一直沒人接聽微信沒人回
希望該酒店加強人員管理吧
這麼好的硬件不要因為低劣的服務受到影響！
