The king-size bed was firm and conformable for my back. The hotel rooms and facilities are not extravagant but practical, making me feel at home. Although the location is not city-center, there is a metro station across the street. The breakfast serves both cold and hot dishes, much more selection than the ones you find in a typical Marriot Residence/Springhill suite. The hotel is tea-house themed, perfect for quiet conversations. The service was great and they tried their best to accommodate my needs, including late check-out. Love to stay there again next time I visit the city.

Since it is a business building, the lobby is on the first floor, and the room and public area are on the 11th to 15th floors. There is a separate control for 3 elevators, and the elevator time is relatively long. The room was upgraded. The room is quite big, it feels a bit empty, the facilities are slightly simple, there is no hand towel, and the minibar is gone. Of course, in some details, Atour's advantage is still the same. For example, the hot water heater in the shower is quite simple to control and the hot water is fast. For example, there is a dirty clothes basket and a bed in front of the bed. The bedding is as good as ever and the soundproofing is not bad. Although the laundry room and gym are not big, it is enough. Service, staff attitude is very good. It was on the day of check-in that a waiter took the child to clean the room. I understand with the child, it is recommended that the child close the door when watching TV in the room. The next morning, a staff member called for half an hour at the door of my room. There are always workers fishing, but it is not good to obviously affect the customer experience.
