前台服務好，特別友善，解決問題。在發現其他客人偷偷帶狗進入酒店差點嚇到小孩，前台接到反饋馬上幫忙解決，並將我入住樓層全部殺菌消毒，是良心酒店。以後來石家莊就住錦江都城。早餐特別好，衞生細緻。推薦入住，有事找前台全部都協助。

酒店前台服務特別好，因為帶着70多歲長者，所以特意要求無煙並安靜一些的房間，前台安排的很用心，可惜客房服務員把前台這份好意浪費掉了，下午長者需要休息，可是剛入住沒幾分鐘就聽到隔壁砸東西的聲音，電視聲音都蓋不住，中間提了兩次意見無效，噪音持續了兩個小時左右，實在讓人接受不了，扣的這分是因為這位不能輕拿輕放的服務員，另外洗浴間牆上有好幾衹小飛蟲挺讓人膈應的。
