非常值得推薦的一傢俬湯温泉，服務很棒，私湯很舒服，一個院子一個湯池，私密性很好，早餐也很棒，還可以送到房間，一定要去吃哦，攜程上的照片和真實照片是一致的。特別感謝私湯管家許彥敏，服務很用心周到，隨時滿足客人需求，每一個細節都在為體驗感加分。在這裏度假很棒。

本來看着網評和星級還可以預訂了這家酒店。
硬件設施還行，但是服務體驗很失望。
早上在餐廳用餐，時趕國慶節，早餐廳有佈置，但是… 歡度國慶氣球是反着貼的，國旗是貼反的…
我們找到早餐廳服務員，一個男孩子瘦瘦平頭戴個眼鏡，對我們提出的擺正國旗建議毫不在意，並敷衍解釋，知道這事，沒辦法，就衹能這麼貼，再三勸説，仍不更改。
現代年輕人這種不愛國，不尊重國家標誌物，藐視國旗的行為，真的心寒，酒店層層管理人員也漠視不管，希望酒店能夠予以重視
又將情況反饋給前台及大堂經理，希望有所更正

酒店整體滿意，酒店服務也很到位。唯一比較差的是景區入口對車輛的管理，本來直接大路上進入酒店今天可以了，結果景區管理人員非要讓車輛去“他們”停車場轉一圈再出來，而且停車場滴非常凌亂，車停的亂七八糟，沒有路牌指示，非常不方便。好不容易轉出來，還堵在停車場出口處。
景區對車輛進入管理非常混亂，弄的車輛都堵在景區入口，“一顆老鼠屎攪壞了一鍋好湯”是最形象的評價。
