Jinghua Hotel (Shijiazhuang Railway Station)

The bath towel is black, the face towel is disposable, and after wiping my face, there are white hairs on my face, which are shaved off by the beard. The bath water is sometimes hot and sometimes cold, and there is no hot water for washing face. The place to wash your face is very small, and there is no place to put a mouthwash cup. The iron rod in the shower room is all rusty. Although the price has increased during the holidays, are you worthy of the price of 220 a day?

The hotel is close to the train station, and the surrounding buses and subways are convenient. Takeaways can be delivered directly to the room. The layout is fresh. The front desk service attitude is good, and free water is given. I will come here again if I have the chance.

The accommodation is very good and clean overall. The room is economical, which saved me a lot of money. I was also given an upgraded room type, which provided free water. It is located near the train station and has buses and subways, making it convenient and fast to go anywhere. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the floor-to-ceiling windows are very transparent, and M, in particular, is very considerate.

The front desk staff are rude; it's easy to take money but difficult to get a refund.

Apart from the room being a bit small, there were no other problems.

特意來好好誇讚一下負責辦理退房的這位小姐姐，方方面面都讓人忍不住稱讚。她外形清爽大方，氣質温婉得體，臉上始終掛着真誠親切的笑容，眼神和善，一交流就覺得格外舒心，親和力十足。言談舉止優雅有禮，説話語調輕柔温和，待人接物分寸感拿捏得恰到好處，談吐大方又謙遜，相處起來特別舒服。工作上更是專業又幹練，業務能力十分紮實，對辦理流程爛熟於心，操作起來行雲流水、手腳麻利，整套手續處理得有條不紊，全程速度很快，完全不需要等候，效率特別出眾。面對諮詢和疑問時也極有耐心，認真傾聽訴求，細緻地解答每一個問題，不會有絲毫敷衍。能明顯感受到她對待本職工作格外認真負責，態度熱忱又踏實，每一個細節都處理得周到細心，處處透着用心。暖心的服務、良好的素養搭配出眾的業務能力，讓退房這個簡單的環節變得格外愉快，也為這次住宿體驗畫上了完美的句號。如此優秀又貼心的工作人員，實在讓人印象深刻，由衷地點贊！建議加工資！ 本次入住體驗整體非常滿意，酒店地理位置很不錯，出行、覓食都很方便。客房內部整潔乾淨，床鋪柔軟舒適，被褥和洗漱用品都打理得整整齊齊，房間通風效果良好，沒有異味。室內基礎設施齊全，燈光、空調、熱水、網絡都能正常使用，運行穩定，使用起來很順手。衞生間乾濕區分隔合理，洗漱區域乾淨清爽。酒店整體環境安靜，隔音效果尚可，夜晚休息不會被外界噪音打擾，睡起來很安穩。公共區域也打掃得十分整潔，衞生細節做得到位。綜合性價比很高，以這個價位來説，整體配置和服務都超出預期。後續如果再來這邊，還會選擇這家酒店，也真心推薦給有出行住宿需求的朋友。

該酒店地理位置優越，出石家莊站步行8分鐘即可到達，僅過一個信號燈，十分便捷。酒店一樓值班，有電梯直達13樓。房間內衞生較好，冷暖空調皆方便，衞生員清理衞生很辛苦。值得推薦。酒店沒有早餐供應，很不方便。三點建議：一是電視機時間較長，電視節目調節不便;二是房間裏的兩瓶礦泉水每日得自行到一樓領取，否則沒有，這點其他酒店沒有如此管理;三是辦理入住時需按金100元，離店後自動退回。目前大多數酒店已經取消此規定，請該酒店參考。
