硬件設施不錯，但軟件服務相當一般。前台接待還不錯，服務的3分全是給前台的，其他的服務全部0分。1，早上人還客房呢，敲完門直接開門進來了，問要不要打掃，敲門衹敲一遍，且開門和敲門之間都沒等待時間。何況怎麼能直接開門進！！ 2，早飯種類基本沒得選，熱菜2個，涼菜2個，蒸類滿共也2個，還有3種蛋，基本就再沒其他吃的了，緊湊一點，一張4人餐桌都能擺的下，這哪是自助早餐，連選的地都沒有。服務也是賊怪，進來一帥哥，估計早上還沒洗頭，穿的連帽衞衣，把帽子帶頭上了。帥哥前腳進門，經理後腳就問咋這造型，人沒理他，追着要求人家，把帽子取了，嫌人家奇裝異服。帶個帽子咋就奇裝異服了？你是酒店，不是學校，你是做服務的，不是人家爹媽，不是人老師。管的還寬的不行，我都擔心小哥尷尬，裏面低頭裝做玩手機，什麼都沒看見。也是欺負人家年輕，要是換我們這種老社會，早就跟她懟起來了。
