I am a recent customer that reserved a room at this hotel 3 weeks ago, for me and my fiance to celebrate our anniversary, and to everybody out there especially in Sheridan Wyoming, I will never ever recommend this hotel, if I could give a 0 star I would, when I was reserving this hotel the general or assistant manager Lisa was extremely disrespectful everytime I called, she always seemed to have an attitude on the phone with me, when we got there, the guest service agent named trinity was disrespectful looking down on my fiance when he was tryna get breakfast for us, the first couple of nights, we literally had to clean the whole entire room in the king suite rm 128 I believe on the bottom floor, the jacuzzi was disgusting with other peoples hair & dirty coming out of the jets and including the bathtub in the bathroom, the sheets and blankets had stains on it, including several bugs that me and my fiance encountered the whole time we were staying, there was built up dirt on the floor in the bathroom as well, and I would never recommend sleeping with someone above us ever again because literally who ever stayed above us, as if they were purposely stomping on the floor, me and my fiance didn’t get no sleep at all the whole time we were there and we ended up checking out early, and the lady trinity did not do her job because the second night we were there our key cards ended up not unlocking our door because instead of putting in the correct days of us staying she did it incorrectly, and I had to use the restroom so I accidentally ended up peeing on myself cuz my fiance had to go all the way to the front desk to get our key cards loaded back on, and so after 3 weeks the new general manager or assistant manager that works there is extremely rude & disrespectful because my fiance was trying to explain our situation that we had about this issue and she kept talking over him not letting him talk and blaming us that we had the key cards wiped if we set it near any electronics or any such thing like that and we clearly let her know that the key cards were put no where near any electronic device, do not stay at this hotel ever because they steal your money if u try to get a refund for having a bad experience, I’ve called Wyndham Resorts, I called customer care service, I called this hotel directly every single time and there always either lying or making up excuses that they will call their owner but they most likely haven’t gotten to any about the issues, I even emailed the regional manager, and the CEO, I haven’t got a single word from anyone with this issue I’ve been having, so I very highly suggest u do not stay at this hotel, if other people have good experiences well good for u cuz this hotel is full of crap I’m letting u know that right now for anyone who has ever had a lot of complications about this hotel, and they don’t even deserve to have a 2 star this should be 0 stars completely or shut down because the people there do not know how to do thei
