The hotel is in a prime location, with convenient transportation, complete facilities and equipment, and a good location. The front desk girl who checked in was very enthusiastic, provided good service, and greeted us with a smile. It was the first time I chose this hotel with my colleagues. The front desk girl was very thoughtful and considerate, and helped arrange a room close to each other on the same floor. The room was clean, spacious and bright, and the lighting was OK. It was very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was good with many varieties. I personally feel that the cost performance is very high. It is a hotel worth recommending. I will definitely choose this hotel to stay in next time I come on a business trip

This rating is really based on the service attitude. The hardware facilities are really bad, it's time to renovate! Because I booked a king-size bed room for three people, I asked the front desk to add a bed and quilt, and then went upstairs to put my luggage. I didn't look at the room carefully and went out to play. When I got to the room at night and looked around, I felt colder and colder. This... This... This... This room must have been decorated for more than ten years, right? See the picture above. I wanted to rush down to check out immediately, but I saw an extra bed and quilt on the bed. I remembered what I said to the front desk in the morning about adding a bed and quilt, and my heart softened again. I looked up and felt the warm wind. It's not right. Did I pull out the card when I left? Who came in? I called the front desk and the front desk lady said that the weather in Shenzhen has been cold these days, and they will plug in the card and fix the air conditioner for everyone. What should I do? It warmed me up. I will go back to Beijing tomorrow, so I will stay for one night.

This is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. We had a sea-veiw twin room. The staff are so friendly and welcoming❤️❤️❤️. The bed was super comfortable... the room was clean. We also had a bathtub which awsome. They also gave us free gift☺️☺️☺ There are so many seafood restaurants nearby. and a beautiful scenery of the sea in front of the hotel. We're definitely coming back again. Thank you!

I booked a mountain view king room. When I went upstairs, I saw a beautiful sea view room. I talked to the front desk and paid a little more to change to a sea view room. It was really beautiful, with an unbeatable sea view. I checked in the room at night to see Yantian Port, which was very photogenic. The service staff was also very enthusiastic throughout the process. Everyone greeted me with a smile and responded promptly to any needs. It was great.

Overall experience were satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The amenities provided were adequate, and the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient. However, I did encounter a significant issue with the ventilation. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, cigarette fumes were quite noticeable and unpleasant. It seems the smoke from other areas of the hotel was seeping into the room. Additionally, I was shocked to see guests smoking in common areas, including one instance where a guest boarded the lift from B1 with a lit cigarette. I believe the hotel should enforce stricter non-smoking policies in common areas and improve their ventilation system to ensure a more comfortable stay in future. Hoping that the smoking policy and ventilation issues are addressed in the future.

Excellent service! Enjoyed Chinese and western breakfast buffet and tv channels, well equipped gym, covered pool, excellent location across the street from Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Pool requires swimming cap or can buy for $30rmb. Connected rooms perfect for families. Both rooms had separate showers and bath tubs, only the smaller room had jets in the tub. Very kind service for children, they offered children’s bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrush sets. Stay included breakfast buffet for 4, and $200 rmb vouchers for Fortune Restaurant, but must use $100 each day, cannot combine. Just decrease the hotel booking $200 instead of vouchers. Everything perfect except the Fortune Restaurant, which was very slow compared to the service in the rest of the hotel. Would stay again and highly recommended.

I usually stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen during my business trips for its proximity and is always my choice even for my personal trips. Even if I only swing by Shenzhen for a day trip, I will definitely have my dim sum breakfast in 香宫 before moving off to next destination. This time round, I had a last minute booking for my birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprised by the hand written note from Cheng Li - the Guest relationship officer. Cheng Li wished me a happy birthday and prepared a delicious cheese cake which was considerately stored in the fridge for me. The room is also decorated with a handmade artwork using towels which symbolized my Chinese horoscope! I am very impressed by the details and effort. I will of course continue to stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen whenever I am traveling to Shenzhen and will definitely recommend staying there to my peers!

The view from the window of our room was excellent. We also enjoyed the fruits bought on the way we walked from the train station. The buffet breakfast also one of the best part on our stay. The only thing needed to be improve was the washroom which has old tiles on the floor and walls. It was clean though.

Clean and sanitary, with good ventilation from north to south. It was very comfortable in the cool autumn weather. I was not familiar with the surrounding area, but the front desk answered my questions patiently. Thank you, I will come again next time.
