The yard downstairs is super big, and the rooms are surprisingly big, almost all in tatami style. The boss arranged everything for our family of more than a dozen people. The barbecue music and roasted whole lamb in the yard at night were all arranged properly, and I didn't have to worry about it at all. The key is that there is an independent hidden entertainment room, which is not reflected on the platform. There are football machines, mahjong, billiards, KTV, etc. The boss said that this is a hidden customer benefit hahahaha. The surrounding environment is also great, with mountain views, greenways and streams. It's great to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax.

1. At the beach, just wear a swimsuit and go to the hotel to get into the water. You can also go back to the hotel to take a shower after playing.
2. It is very close to the parking lot. This is very important because cars cannot enter the pedestrian street. You don’t have to walk too far to the parking lot when you check in and check out with your luggage.
3. There is a street outside the hotel, with barbecues, coffee shops, seafood shops, convenience stores, and seaside restaurants.
4. The room is clean, bright, air-conditioned, and the shower water is hot enough. Highly recommended.

The room has a sea view and a balcony. There are two 1.8-meter beds, which are much more comfortable than 1.5-meter beds. It is super comfortable to blow the breeze on the balcony at night. The store manager provided very good service and helped us get our luggage from the parking lot. The car was parked in the P4 parking lot opposite. The hotel is at the end of Jiaochang. There are many seafood food stalls downstairs and a music bar at night. Opposite is Dapeng Fortress. The location is very good.

It takes about 50 minutes to drive to downtown Shenzhen. The location is good. The service attitude of the front desk guy is very good. He also upgraded the deluxe sea view room for free. The comfortable sea view balcony has a very good view of the sea. Great! The Western restaurant has afternoon tea, which is comfortable. The Chinese restaurant has good side dishes and reasonable prices.

VVennellyn Xiao PeiAwesome experience and hospitality. The staff is kind to provide us early check in as my friend need breast feed. Location is located really just infront of huanggang mrt station. You could found all food, massage and entertainment opposite the road. The famous dimdoudak dimsum is also walking distance.
The room is clean and cozy, comfortable duvet and pillow, we had a great rest and even check out late to enjoy the day. Free laundry and gym is provided at L4.
Overall it is an awesome experience and we will definitely be back for next stay

I recently celebrated my always-18th birthday here lol, and it was nothing short of incredible. While the check-in processing took a bit longer than expected, the amazing staff, especially- Blue Du, really made my day special by offering me a beautiful room with a stunning sea view in a quieter area which required by me —thank you for that!
The beach and swimming pool area were superb—private, clean, and staffed with plenty of lifeguards, which made me feel secure and at ease. I truly appreciated the attention to safety.
As for the dining experience, I was pleasantly surprised by their Chinese restaurant, the food was delicious, and the dim sum exceeded my expectations—definitely better than your average dim sum place in SZ. (highly recommended the LaiChi shrimp ball and loster noodle, super yum!!)
To top it all off, the hotel sent me a lovely fruit basket as an IHG member privilege at night, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday celebration, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!!!

JJoshua Clement LoOverall experience were satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The amenities provided were adequate, and the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient.
However, I did encounter a significant issue with the ventilation. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, cigarette fumes were quite noticeable and unpleasant. It seems the smoke from other areas of the hotel was seeping into the room. Additionally, I was shocked to see guests smoking in common areas, including one instance where a guest boarded the lift from B1 with a lit cigarette.
I believe the hotel should enforce stricter non-smoking policies in common areas and improve their ventilation system to ensure a more comfortable stay in future. Hoping that the smoking policy and ventilation issues are addressed in the future.

ZZeethaThis is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!
