Best Shenzhen Spa Hotels

Went for my hubby’s birthday and it was lovely how they decorated the room with birthday balloons and even a card and a piece of cake. What a lovely gesture! Was a very comfortable stay, thank you! Great location too, very convenient!

Situated at the CBD of SZ, The Ritz Carlton provided us with a remarkable memory for our celebration for anniversary & happy birthday. Special thanks go to professional staff including Annie Fu, Erick Lu, Kylie, Molly, Mark, Jimmy, Mandy, Fiona, ... etc,,who took care of our stay. The cheerful day started from the “birthday cakes rain” in WeChat from Annie😄 Facilitated by her, the room was upgraded to a spacious room with interior celebration decoration as well as the stunning view of the CBD. The room setting was comfortable and the services at the club lounge on 26/F was excellent! We love the bathtub with LED TV by the window. Through the relaxing but cool staycation, we enjoyed 5 meals at the Club lounge on and a buffet breakfast on 2/F. We got great time too at the pool, sauna, & gym room, and surprisingly got a tasting cocktail at the lobby at 6-7pm. Erick was also another one key person of our amazing customer experience 😊 He is decent, humble, presentable, and friendly. The overall customer experience / journey of this stay was fab! It would be great if the hotel put more effort on general dining food taste & hygiene standard (especially the buffet restaurant Flavorz on 2/F), as well as upgrading the architecture maintainence (especially the lobby lounge ONYX on 1/F and partially in the room) which is generally ageing. Could also consider if replacing the traditional toilets as the advanced auto e-toilets in the washroom of the room. We like the staff services most and would definitely revisit again!

Very decent hotel with wonderful food, facilities and service. Price is very affordable compared to other locations of Four Seasons Hotel. Especially recommend Matsuyi (Japanese restaurant) located on 6/F of hotel for lunch or dinner.

Excellent service! Enjoyed Chinese and western breakfast buffet and tv channels, well equipped gym, covered pool, excellent location across the street from Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Pool requires swimming cap or can buy for $30rmb. Connected rooms perfect for families. Both rooms had separate showers and bath tubs, only the smaller room had jets in the tub. Very kind service for children, they offered children’s bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrush sets. Stay included breakfast buffet for 4, and $200 rmb vouchers for Fortune Restaurant, but must use $100 each day, cannot combine. Just decrease the hotel booking $200 instead of vouchers. Everything perfect except the Fortune Restaurant, which was very slow compared to the service in the rest of the hotel. Would stay again and highly recommended.

Just beside borders of China ang Hong Kong, location is good as even midnight to go for food also easy to find

From the moment I stepped into this hotel, I was deeply attracted by its warm and elegant atmosphere. The front desk service staff had a smiling face, and the check-in procedures were quick and meticulous, making people instantly feel the warmth of being at home. The customer representative Kellen is very nice and kind, excellent service and explain our package in details. The family room is very spacious and clean, the outdoor swimming pool is too small only. Location is great and convenient with lots of local restaurants around. All the staff are so helpful as well. What a nice experience and we would highly recommend this hotel to our friends :)

Excellent hotel Good location in Futian Short ride from Futian high speed station and about 20-30 min taxi ride to Shenzhen north station. Good service although the English level of the staff is not high. Bonus: The hotel is linked to a small shopping mall with an excellent bakery.

Booked the hotel for a colleague visiting Shenzhen, exceptional and friendly services, comfortable matress and linen of course, lots of privacy, quiet room. Nespresso coffee machine available in superior room only according to conciege and again frendly advice instant nescafe sachet is for 1-2 star hotel.

Ok I got a lot to say about the Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen - a hotel with luxurious amenities but lacking basic breakfast provisions… Dyson hair drier, toto washlet, glass bottled water are all under expected. MO shenzhen used very highend sanitary fitting brands, reliable and taken very good care of. I am very picky on sanitary fittings and cleanliness and I have not noticed any issues. Kudos to the housekeeping team. One must understand what sets MO apart from other hotels is the impeccable attention to details. Its interior design is far superior to other Shenzhen hotels. If you are architecture fan and are tired of the substandard detailing in other Shenzhen hotels please do try MO shenzhen. Now… the problem for me was with the breakfast. It occurred to me that MO focused way too much on cantonese food and was probably swayed by foreigner’s perception of what “oriental culture” consists of. Granted that the food was of high quality - good sauce good ingredients. But it is rly rly rly basic to provide rice. In every top hotels I visited around Asia, I never had to miss fried rice. It was very dissimilar experience in MO compared to Ritz carlton I stayed few weeks before - who probably had 3 times more variety of offerings. I wouldnt hesitate to pay extra if there was a better breakfast offering - as many would understand that this is just attitude issue. The greatest hotel service in Asia. MO group is known for this and I cannot agree more. I knew of this ever since many years ago when I was in Guangzhou MO next to Taikoo. Overall, as said earlier, MO shenzhen gave me mixed feelings. I am astounded by the cleanliness, detailing but I cannot hop on the MO Fan boat yet because of the breakfast. Aiya!
