Best Shenzhen Spa Hotels

We booked.a room with lounge access. This room was upgraded which was much appreciated - we had a living room with a captivating view of the city. Throughout the service was excellent. The food was delightful. The evening band in the foyer was good to watch - a great piano player who had a distinct liking of Michael Jackson. From the building we we able to see many wonderful sites starting with Times Square and finishing in bar street. A great evening.

This's one of the best experience I've ever had with Ritz-Carlton. Great location, excellent services and nice decor. The executive Lounge is young and vibrant; in contrast, the atmosphere is tranquil and enjoyable. Thanks to the impeccable service of Eric and Eva, we enjoyed one of the best holidays in years. The selection of wine is slightly disappointing, but the food is quite nice. I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict from Flavorz.

Very decent hotel with wonderful food, facilities and service. Price is very affordable compared to other locations of Four Seasons Hotel. Especially recommend Matsuyi (Japanese restaurant) located on 6/F of hotel for lunch or dinner.

I booked for 3 nights in this hotel. Very close to Dongmen pedestrian shopping street. Close to Lowu border to HK. Check in was okay. Check out was smooth too. Catherine, the duty manager was very friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed the swimming pool. Unfortunately, no section for for children pool. They have kid’s club for my baby to play which is the reason why i booked here than other 5 star hotels in the area. Breakfast is fine. The options kept changing everyday. Housekeeping is actively reminding and cleaning the room everyday.

I usually stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen during my business trips for its proximity and is always my choice even for my personal trips. Even if I only swing by Shenzhen for a day trip, I will definitely have my dim sum breakfast in 香宫 before moving off to next destination. This time round, I had a last minute booking for my birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprised by the hand written note from Cheng Li - the Guest relationship officer. Cheng Li wished me a happy birthday and prepared a delicious cheese cake which was considerately stored in the fridge for me. The room is also decorated with a handmade artwork using towels which symbolized my Chinese horoscope! I am very impressed by the details and effort. I will of course continue to stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen whenever I am traveling to Shenzhen and will definitely recommend staying there to my peers!

This was a fantastic stay! We stayed at the Hotel for one night, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a family room. It was such a thoughtful and considerate gesture. The two kids had a great time, enjoying the facilities, and the room was comfortable and clean, making our whole family feel relaxed and happy. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, giving us a warm and welcoming feeling. Overall, this stay left us with wonderful memories, and we will definitely come back next time! Met up at the plush Langham for a girls weekend! We selected the Executive Lounge access and so worth it! From the breakfast, to the tea time and fresh scones, and wrapping it up with amazing cocktails made by Rossin with a great view. The beds are so comfortable and the bathroom feels calming/spa like. I truly had a wonderful time with long time friends and could focus on our time together as the hospitality made us feel at home. The Dukes restaurant food was delicious as well! Had to rush out fast in the morning. and the concierge was so helpful getting me in a cab and telling the cab driver my next destination. Thank you for the wonderful experience Langham! We will be back!

Booked the hotel for a colleague visiting Shenzhen, exceptional and friendly services, comfortable matress and linen of course, lots of privacy, quiet room. Nespresso coffee machine available in superior room only according to conciege and again frendly advice instant nescafe sachet is for 1-2 star hotel.

Ok I got a lot to say about the Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen - a hotel with luxurious amenities but lacking basic breakfast provisions… Dyson hair drier, toto washlet, glass bottled water are all under expected. MO shenzhen used very highend sanitary fitting brands, reliable and taken very good care of. I am very picky on sanitary fittings and cleanliness and I have not noticed any issues. Kudos to the housekeeping team. One must understand what sets MO apart from other hotels is the impeccable attention to details. Its interior design is far superior to other Shenzhen hotels. If you are architecture fan and are tired of the substandard detailing in other Shenzhen hotels please do try MO shenzhen. Now… the problem for me was with the breakfast. It occurred to me that MO focused way too much on cantonese food and was probably swayed by foreigner’s perception of what “oriental culture” consists of. Granted that the food was of high quality - good sauce good ingredients. But it is rly rly rly basic to provide rice. In every top hotels I visited around Asia, I never had to miss fried rice. It was very dissimilar experience in MO compared to Ritz carlton I stayed few weeks before - who probably had 3 times more variety of offerings. I wouldnt hesitate to pay extra if there was a better breakfast offering - as many would understand that this is just attitude issue. The greatest hotel service in Asia. MO group is known for this and I cannot agree more. I knew of this ever since many years ago when I was in Guangzhou MO next to Taikoo. Overall, as said earlier, MO shenzhen gave me mixed feelings. I am astounded by the cleanliness, detailing but I cannot hop on the MO Fan boat yet because of the breakfast. Aiya!
