The hardware facilities are really bad, it's time to renovate!
Because I booked a king-size bed room for three people, I asked the front desk to add a bed and quilt, and then went upstairs to put my luggage. I didn't look at the room carefully and went out to play. When I got to the room at night and looked around, I felt colder and colder. This... This... This... This room must have been decorated for more than ten years, right? See the picture above.
I wanted to rush down to check out immediately, but I saw an extra bed and quilt on the bed. I remembered what I said to the front desk in the morning about adding a bed and quilt, and my heart softened again. I looked up and felt the warm wind. It's not right. Did I pull out the card when I left? Who came in? I called the front desk and the front desk lady said that the weather in Shenzhen has been cold these days, and they will plug in the card and fix the air conditioner for everyone. What should I do? It warmed me up. I will go back to Beijing tomorrow, so I will stay for one night.

It was my first time to stay at Yuelin. I had a great experience. The check-in was fast and smooth. The front desk service was very good and welcoming. There was also a treasure box in the lobby. The treasure box contained press threads, masks, small rubber bands, etc. It was very complete. , there are treasure chests on each floor. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, the location is excellent, and it is convenient to travel. Free parking when staying in the hotel. There are many parking spaces in the hotel. I chose this hotel after reading all the reviews. I stayed there for 3 nights in total and had a good experience. I was very impressed. The surrounding area is quiet, with few people and cars, and it is not far from the bus station. It is convenient to go to Yihai City or Sha Tau Kok. The selected room faces the green mountains, and the view from the window makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. You can take a short outing along the greenway and check in up the mountain at any time.
The room has complete basic facilities, ample space, and a special cloakroom. There are signs of the predecessor Atour everywhere, and it seems like you are living in an old version of Atour. Heating and cooling, quilts, large and small mirrors, faucets, showers, bedside lamps, blackout curtains...all are easy to use and satisfactory. However, there are also many signs of dilapidation and broken facilities, including towels with fluff and threads that are still retained...it seems that the store has not been properly maintained and managed. There is also insufficient supervision in the no-smoking area. The smell of smoke lingers everywhere, and the hygiene evaluation can only be described as average.

The front desk service was average, with no expression.
The hotel was still very new and clean. I booked a big bed, which had good space and everything else. It was quite comfortable.

Booked a mahjong room with friends. The mahjong machine is in a separate small room, so it won't disturb people who are resting. I got up late for breakfast and didn't go to eat. Basically everything is generally good nothing special, only the sound insulation is relatively poor, basically as long as there is someone passing by in the corridor or someone speaking at a normal volume will be heard, sleep quality is relatively poor friends to pay attention to it. VVennellyn Xiao PeiAwesome experience and hospitality. The staff is kind to provide us early check in as my friend need breast feed. Location is located really just infront of huanggang mrt station. You could found all food, massage and entertainment opposite the road. The famous dimdoudak dimsum is also walking distance.
The room is clean and cozy, comfortable duvet and pillow, we had a great rest and even check out late to enjoy the day. Free laundry and gym is provided at L4.
Overall it is an awesome experience and we will definitely be back for next stay

I recently celebrated my always-18th birthday here lol, and it was nothing short of incredible. While the check-in processing took a bit longer than expected, the amazing staff, especially- Blue Du, really made my day special by offering me a beautiful room with a stunning sea view in a quieter area which required by me —thank you for that!
The beach and swimming pool area were superb—private, clean, and staffed with plenty of lifeguards, which made me feel secure and at ease. I truly appreciated the attention to safety.
As for the dining experience, I was pleasantly surprised by their Chinese restaurant, the food was delicious, and the dim sum exceeded my expectations—definitely better than your average dim sum place in SZ. (highly recommended the LaiChi shrimp ball and loster noodle, super yum!!)
To top it all off, the hotel sent me a lovely fruit basket as an IHG member privilege at night, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday celebration, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!!!

JJoshua Clement LoOverall experience were satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The amenities provided were adequate, and the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient.
However, I did encounter a significant issue with the ventilation. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, cigarette fumes were quite noticeable and unpleasant. It seems the smoke from other areas of the hotel was seeping into the room. Additionally, I was shocked to see guests smoking in common areas, including one instance where a guest boarded the lift from B1 with a lit cigarette.
I believe the hotel should enforce stricter non-smoking policies in common areas and improve their ventilation system to ensure a more comfortable stay in future. Hoping that the smoking policy and ventilation issues are addressed in the future.

ZZeethaThis is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!

There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is enough to fill you up. The hotel rooms are also very smart. Very close to Haiya Theater. Because of family trip. So I booked two twin rooms.
