Amazing hotel with a wonderful location and great service. Breakfast was okay but the seafood buffet was just excellent! They never disturb if you’re in your room, laundry service is great - one day they delivered my dry cleaning the same day in the evening. I’m sure I’m staying in Watergate Novotel Shenzhen on my next trip to Shenzhen!

Novotel Shenzhen Bantian is located in the core business district of Gangtou, Bantian Street, Shenzhen, 200 meters from Huawei's headquarters, across the road from Tian'an Yungu Road, 9 kilometers from Shenzhen North Railway Station, and 30 kilometers from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. The breakfast is also rich and delicious. The hotel staff are very warm, gentle and kind! I am very grateful to Kaka, the guest relations manager in the front office, for being so heartwarming. I am also very grateful to Kaka for helping me mail the items left at the hotel. There is also the uncle who greeted me at the door of the hotel very late. Your enthusiasm and friendliness made me feel more fond of the hotel. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenzhen.
