I went out with my friends and chose this apartment because it has complete supporting facilities, including washing machines and refrigerators. You can wash your own clothes and it is also convenient to hang clothes. It is very clean and the front desk service is also great

As a tourist in Shenzhen, the location of the apartment is not very good. Although the apartment is near the subway entrance, it is very far to go anywhere by public transportation (45 minutes or more, taxis are faster). There are construction sites near the hotel, and there is a lot of noise from morning to night, and it is still very noisy when the windows are closed.
The apartment is very convenient, with a kitchen, a washing machine, and a place to hang clothes (balcony). However, the price of the apartment is very affordable, and it is still good overall!
There is no life near the hotel, basically no one is walking around, and there are not many restaurants to choose from.

The front desk was very warm and courteous, which is rare for a hotel at this price. They quickly made arrangements after learning my needs. In addition, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the view was first-class, and the transportation was convenient. The only thing was that there was a bit of noise from the nearby construction site. Overall, I am very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel and will choose to stay here again if given the chance.

Really nice and helpful people. Apartment had a great view, and was in a good location. Everything worked well, and there is a full kitchen and washing machine.
Only minus is that they did not have an iron, which I think is a big bummer, and also not a gym. But hey, you can't get everything.

It was raining heavily when I checked out. The front desk was very helpful and lent me an umbrella and reminded me to be careful as there was a typhoon coming. The service was very thoughtful. The room facilities were very complete and the sanitation was very clean. It was only a few dozen meters away from the bus station, which was very convenient. The subway station was also only a few minutes away. The corridor was recently covered with new carpets, which were soft and very nice to walk on ^_^

The reception team is always eager to assist, and they manage translations with a professional touch, making communication seamless regardless of the language. The rooms are spotless, with daily cleaning that keeps everything fresh and welcoming. Breakfast was a highlight each morning—delicious and satisfying.

MMrs.KH WangCelebrated my always birthday in paradise at Intercontinental Dameisha! 🌊✨ Stunning sea views, a private beach escape, and delicious dim sum made it unforgettable.
I recently celebrated my always-18th birthday here lol, and it was nothing short of incredible. While the check-in processing took a bit longer than expected, the amazing staff, especially- Blue Du, really made my day special by offering me a beautiful room with a stunning sea view in a quieter area which required by me —thank you for that!
The beach and swimming pool area were superb—private, clean, and staffed with plenty of lifeguards, which made me feel secure and at ease. I truly appreciated the attention to safety.
As for the dining experience, I was pleasantly surprised by their Chinese restaurant, the food was delicious, and the dim sum exceeded my expectations—definitely better than your average dim sum place in SZ. (highly recommended the LaiChi shrimp ball and loster noodle, super yum!!)
To top it all off, the hotel sent me a lovely fruit basket as an IHG member privilege at night, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday celebration, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!!!

JjayzycGreat facility by Hyatt located at a secluded IT industry area, but still very centralized for entertainment and sightseeing. Many attractions like the Oh Bay ferris wheel and the Window of the World are within a 30RMB ride away, and the location was easy for vehicle pickup. Front desk staff Jessica (zhouzhou) and Money were very attentive and were able to address all of my questions and problems very quickly and accurately. Would definitely recommend others to stay here if they'd like a central location to explore Nanshan and Baoan area, or even if they don't mind a small trek to Futian/Luohu areas.

JJoshua Clement LoOverall experience were satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The amenities provided were adequate, and the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient.
However, I did encounter a significant issue with the ventilation. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, cigarette fumes were quite noticeable and unpleasant. It seems the smoke from other areas of the hotel was seeping into the room. Additionally, I was shocked to see guests smoking in common areas, including one instance where a guest boarded the lift from B1 with a lit cigarette.
I believe the hotel should enforce stricter non-smoking policies in common areas and improve their ventilation system to ensure a more comfortable stay in future. Hoping that the smoking policy and ventilation issues are addressed in the future.

Service is good, room upgrade is free, people r polite…
However, the hardware is need to b upgrade, e.g.,TV image n sound quality is disappointing, bathtub n shower design is weird, water on the floor is unavoidable after using bathtub.
Other than that everything is fine, it still recommended for the hotel choice in shenzhen.
Finally, the dinner buffet is good n worth trying.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not the most expensive hotel. For ¥399 you have a reasonable room. The bed is alright. For me, that’s the reason I changed to this hotel in the neighborhood (because of family nearby). But the overall look and feel is old, worn out, ready for renovation. The Wi-Fi is not always adequate. Maybe too many people using it at the same time? The rooms are reasonable soundproof. Just when people in the hallway is talking, you will hear everything.
