The location of the hotel is quite good, very close to Nanshan Museum, and the pedestrian street can reach Nantou Ancient City. The distance from the hotel to the subway is about 10-15 minutes on foot.
The service at the front desk is also relatively good. It's just that the check-in is a little slow on the first day of check-in, but it is completely acceptable that there must be so many tourists checking in at the same time.
Maybe it's because I arrived late, I upgraded the room for free, and didn't tell me specifically, but after entering the room and the comparison with the picture above, I can clearly feel the invisible service of upgrading the room type , deserves a thumbs up.

The room is spacious and clean. The cleaner will tidy up everyday. Everyday they will supply 4 bottles of water, tissues and all amenities. The room got a big TV for entertainment purposes. Here also got 24 hours free laundry services. I have extended my staying period as the service here was excellent. This hotel is well recommended.

The hotel I stayed in was very clean and the stay was very comfortable. The mattress was very soft and comfortable. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient, the bus station and subway station are very close, and there is a shopping mall next to it. The hotel located very near to train station exit D. Just a small walking distances and convenient for traveller. The room set up is not the same as the pictures shown for 2 floor queen size room. The bed is at lower floor and the tea set is located at higher floor, this will be a-bit useless as higher floor have little things. Quite an unexpected different as compared to listed pictures. No security deposit box available. The toilet 🚽 have warm seater.

The hotel is very close to the subway station. There is a shopping mall next to it. It is also convenient for eating. The facilities in the room are quite complete. The decoration of the hotel is simple (a term for high emotional intelligence). You can't look closely at the rooms. There are obvious stains on the walls of the room I stayed in... and there is also... sound insulation on the ceiling.
Everything else is fine, it's also close to the subway station.
The whole thing is a very typical and rustic express hotel style, so you can't have too high requirements.
If you have enough budget, I suggest you spend more money and stay in other hotels😂

Okay and meets expectations in general, the location is acceptable just a 5-min walk from the nearest Nanshan metro station exit, the only cons I have to highlight were the room I booked was not available and I was downgraded to a smaller king bedroom, and the AC was central and thus had loads of cigarette smoke smell. Not an ideal choice for those with fumeur problems.

VVennellyn Xiao PeiAwesome experience and hospitality. The staff is kind to provide us early check in as my friend need breast feed. Location is located really just infront of huanggang mrt station. You could found all food, massage and entertainment opposite the road. The famous dimdoudak dimsum is also walking distance.
The room is clean and cozy, comfortable duvet and pillow, we had a great rest and even check out late to enjoy the day. Free laundry and gym is provided at L4.
Overall it is an awesome experience and we will definitely be back for next stay

As a busy mom of two young children, ages 6 and 2, I was in desperate need of a relaxing family getaway. That's why I decided to book a stay at the Sheraton Dameisha Resort in Shenzhen. From the moment we arrived, I knew we had made the perfect choice.
The hotel's stunning coastal location was the perfect backdrop for our family vacation. My children's faces lit up as we stepped into the expansive lobby, with its modern decor and welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted us warmly and promptly escorted us to our spacious and well-appointed room, complete with a breathtaking view of the sea.
The real highlight for my family, however, was the hotel's incredible outdoor pool area. My 6-year-old daughter squealed with delight as she ran towards the crystal-clear waters, while my 2-year-old son giggled as I helped him splash around in the shallow end. The pool's size and design allowed my husband and I to relax on the loungers while keeping a close eye on the kids.
After working up an appetite, we made our way to the hotel's diverse dining options. The buffet restaurant offered an impressive array of international cuisines, catering perfectly to the varying tastes of our family. JJoshua Clement LoOverall experience were satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The amenities provided were adequate, and the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient.
However, I did encounter a significant issue with the ventilation. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, cigarette fumes were quite noticeable and unpleasant. It seems the smoke from other areas of the hotel was seeping into the room. Additionally, I was shocked to see guests smoking in common areas, including one instance where a guest boarded the lift from B1 with a lit cigarette.
I believe the hotel should enforce stricter non-smoking policies in common areas and improve their ventilation system to ensure a more comfortable stay in future. Hoping that the smoking policy and ventilation issues are addressed in the future.

ZZeethaThis is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. UURVdazhanguandaoThe room is very beautiful and unique, with a small rooftop. very comfortable. The hotel lobby is on the sixth floor. There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is enough to fill you up. The hotel rooms are also very smart. Very close to Haiya Theater. Because of family trip. So I booked two twin rooms.
