The hotel room is very comfortable, the bed is moderately soft and hard, and I slept soundly. I really liked this hotel. The staff were so friendly. A little shy to use their English but tried hard to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It is an older hotel, but clean and very comfortable. Lots of good places to eat within short walking distance. Some really nice places to walk at the backside of the hotel. It is really quite quiet as well, which is not always the case in China. The price was very reasonable. I need to come back to this area quite often. I'll be staying at this hotel.

But the hotel room is small, take the bathroom for example, I bumped into the door handle when I stood up from the toilet, there is only so much space, the twin room is 1.2 meters and the bed is really small, the king room is 1.8 meters but looks like 1.5 meters, maybe the room is small because of the small size, the hygiene was originally thought to be relatively clean, I was about to take the nightgown to wear, but when I took it, I saw hair on it, I don't know if it was not washed or changed, it is said to be a four-star hotel? ? The nature of my job requires long business trips, so hotels have some very special meanings to me. I have lived in hotels of all sizes in various cities and met many people, but the experience of Shenzhen Anban Eco-friendly Hotel is the most unforgettable. First of all, the hotel has a very advantageous location. I need to travel between the hotel and the airport almost every week, so convenient transportation is very important to me. I arrived at the hotel to check in that night. When I dragged my tired body into the hotel, Lynn at the front desk handed me a cup of hot tea, took the initiative to ask about my room needs, and arranged a room with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows for me. It was particularly quiet and asked if I needed laundry. The hotel has free laundry service. The next morning, I opened the door and received my dried and ironed clothes at the door. The room is very clean, the bedding is very comfortable, and I slept very peacefully and steadily all night. The lobby environment is great, bright and spacious. One thing to mention is the unique warm supper service. It is a surprise to enjoy the restaurant's dine-in supper for free at 9:30 in the evening. Since I have the habit of packing a cup of coffee in the morning, I informed the front desk when I checked in, and I saw the aunt in the restaurant prepared it for me the next morning. These details make me feel the warmth and professionalism of a hotel.

VVennellyn Xiao PeiAwesome experience and hospitality. The staff is kind to provide us early check in as my friend need breast feed. Location is located really just infront of huanggang mrt station. You could found all food, massage and entertainment opposite the road. The famous dimdoudak dimsum is also walking distance.
The room is clean and cozy, comfortable duvet and pillow, we had a great rest and even check out late to enjoy the day. Free laundry and gym is provided at L4.
Overall it is an awesome experience and we will definitely be back for next stay

The hotel's stunning coastal location was the perfect backdrop for our family vacation. My children's faces lit up as we stepped into the expansive lobby, with its modern decor and welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted us warmly and promptly escorted us to our spacious and well-appointed room, complete with a breathtaking view of the sea.
The real highlight for my family, however, was the hotel's incredible outdoor pool area. My 6-year-old daughter squealed with delight as she ran towards the crystal-clear waters, while my 2-year-old son giggled as I helped him splash around in the shallow end. The pool's size and design allowed my husband and I to relax on the loungers while keeping a close eye on the kids.
After working up an appetite, we made our way to the hotel's diverse dining options. The buffet restaurant offered an impressive array of international cuisines, catering perfectly to the varying tastes of our family. JJoshua Clement LoOverall experience were satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The amenities provided were adequate, and the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient.
However, I did encounter a significant issue with the ventilation. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, cigarette fumes were quite noticeable and unpleasant. It seems the smoke from other areas of the hotel was seeping into the room. Additionally, I was shocked to see guests smoking in common areas, including one instance where a guest boarded the lift from B1 with a lit cigarette.
I believe the hotel should enforce stricter non-smoking policies in common areas and improve their ventilation system to ensure a more comfortable stay in future. Hoping that the smoking policy and ventilation issues are addressed in the future.

ZZeethaThis is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is cleanânot that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the âzhÄo chĂĄng quĂĄnâ at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.

I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.

I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.

If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!

There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is enough to fill you up. The hotel rooms are also very smart. Very close to Haiya Theater. Because of family trip. So I booked two twin rooms.
