Come to Shiyan, look nearby, the price is relatively high in this Vienna. It may be old before check-in, but after entering the store, I didn't expect the hotel to be very new, the lobby is wide, and there is a sofa to rest. The front desk was also very enthusiastic. I helped me upgrade the room type for free. I saw that we brought children and sent an extra breakfast. The breakfast was next to KFC. The children liked 😘 to see that we had a lot of luggage. Xiao Zhang at the front desk also helped us to the room. The room is also very thin, and the pillows and mattresses are also very comfortable. Good service, good environment, good health. I will choose it next time!

I originally stayed for one night, but later I extended another night with my friends. The lady at the hotel front desk was very beautiful and enthusiastic, and she helped to upgrade the room type. They have many breakfast styles, including Cantonese breakfast, and the environment is also good. There are snacks nearby. The street is full of everything and the transportation is convenient. It is very convenient to go to nearby attractions and high-speed rail stations. The hotel room is spacious, comfortable and clean, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. There are also plenty of parking spaces in the hotel. The lady at the front desk is also responsive to all requests. Check-in is smooth. The store is relatively new, the hardware is acceptable, but the service is average. Especially the layout is not high. I decided to stay for two days. The next day, due to a change in plans, I was temporarily working in Heyuan and planned to stay in Heyuan. I called the hotel at 2 pm and negotiated to change my stay to the third day. The store refused. Later, I strongly requested to change it online, but the store charged 20 an hour after 1 pm. I was really speechless. I have never seen such a small-minded store. In anger, I took the latest high-speed train back to Shenzhen and checked in at 12 o'clock. My mouth was dry but I didn't drink mineral water. In short, interests are too important and the structure is a bit low.

The location of the hotel is very close to the examination room. It can be reached within ten minutes on foot, so I booked this hotel.
Let’s talk about the shortcomings first:
I was given a tail room. The air conditioner was very noisy. Looking at the picture, four air conditioner outdoor units are rumbling under my window sill.
The noise stopped in the middle of the night. Not sure if it's an air conditioner or a hot water boiler.
The door lock was broken and there was no latch inside. It was very unsafe and uneasy for a girl to live outside alone.
The air conditioner does not cool.

There seems to be very little parking lot here. Fortunately, this hotel has a parking lot. The parking is standard and the location is sufficient.
Check out at 2 pm and have a place to stay and take a rest after taking the exam.

We travelled with families and children to come for the safari zoo visit. The hotel is close to the zoo but far from the malls. Good thing is this hotel is NEW and offer EXCELLENT buffet breakfast!!
Hotel staffs Joe and Michelle Ling are so helpful to assist our check-in service and Joe waived my children’s breakfast fee !
The twin bed room is big and can accommodate two adults and two children.

VVennellyn Xiao PeiAwesome experience and hospitality. The staff is kind to provide us early check in as my friend need breast feed. Location is located really just infront of huanggang mrt station. You could found all food, massage and entertainment opposite the road. The famous dimdoudak dimsum is also walking distance.
The room is clean and cozy, comfortable duvet and pillow, we had a great rest and even check out late to enjoy the day. Free laundry and gym is provided at L4.
Overall it is an awesome experience and we will definitely be back for next stay

As a busy mom of two young children, ages 6 and 2, I was in desperate need of a relaxing family getaway. That's why I decided to book a stay at the Sheraton Dameisha Resort in Shenzhen. From the moment we arrived, I knew we had made the perfect choice.
The hotel's stunning coastal location was the perfect backdrop for our family vacation. My children's faces lit up as we stepped into the expansive lobby, with its modern decor and welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted us warmly and promptly escorted us to our spacious and well-appointed room, complete with a breathtaking view of the sea.
The real highlight for my family, however, was the hotel's incredible outdoor pool area. My 6-year-old daughter squealed with delight as she ran towards the crystal-clear waters, while my 2-year-old son giggled as I helped him splash around in the shallow end. The pool's size and design allowed my husband and I to relax on the loungers while keeping a close eye on the kids.
After working up an appetite, we made our way to the hotel's diverse dining options. The buffet restaurant offered an impressive array of international cuisines, catering perfectly to the varying tastes of our family. My daughter particularly enjoyed the extensive dessert selection, while my son happily devoured the child-friendly dishes.

JJoshua Clement LoOverall experience were satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The amenities provided were adequate, and the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient.
However, I did encounter a significant issue with the ventilation. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, cigarette fumes were quite noticeable and unpleasant. It seems the smoke from other areas of the hotel was seeping into the room. Additionally, I was shocked to see guests smoking in common areas, including one instance where a guest boarded the lift from B1 with a lit cigarette.
I believe the hotel should enforce stricter non-smoking policies in common areas and improve their ventilation system to ensure a more comfortable stay in future. Hoping that the smoking policy and ventilation issues are addressed in the future.

ZZeethaThis is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.

UURVdazhanguandaoThe room is very beautiful and unique, with a small rooftop. very comfortable. The hotel lobby is on the sixth floor. There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is enough to fill you up. The hotel rooms are also very smart. Very close to Haiya Theater. Because of family trip. So I booked two twin rooms.
