The hotel room was super clean and the room was spacious and big. Just 10 minutes away from the hotel, it cost us around 20 yuan to get there at 2am in the morning with a Didi. The working staff was nice and helpful. We had a problem with our SIM card and they were more than open to help us with it. If I come back to Shenzhen, I will totally repeat in this hotel.

Ji Hotel in every location is excellent. This is my second time with Ji Hotel, last time was in Singapore...and it didn't disappoint. The hotel room is sparkly clean. Free laundry service is absolutely a plus! Only one note, it would be great that the concierge could speak English and the map would be more accurate. We took at least an hour on first day getting lost at Shenzhen North station exit. It was just massive and google map was useless there. We got hung up by hotel staff simply because he couldn't speak English and made no effort to tell us the directions. For those looking forward to stay at this hotel, pls walk towards McDonald's at the station on third floor, then walk towards bridge. After that go to the ground floor , and just walk straight. You will reach hotel within 5 mins. 🥰

The room has reasonable moving lines and sufficient light. The front mirror of the sink on the corridor is enough. The shower door is well received and white is impervious. The windows have good sound insulation, the bedding is flexible, and adults and children sleep well. Hotel service is good, takeaway to the front desk in a few minutes and the robot will be delivered. The front desk phone is also very fast. Breakfast is quite satisfactory, there are Chinese food and Western food, worthy of this price. Good location, not far from Nanshan Museum, Shenzhen Bay Park, Shenzhen Bay Vientiane City. There is also a Suning Yigou supermarket downstairs, where you can buy fruit and snacks.
