Only complaint: even with the key in the door my power went off for the fridge, outlet chargers when I turned off all the lights for bed. Only there one night so I didn’t get to experiment or trouble shoot. Cool stuff: great location in Sea World for Halloween fun. In the lobby there’s coffee, sitting area and a library. Cactus garden view near the gym. In the room: motion detected lights come on low between the bed and the bathroom when the room is dark. There’s great counter space(no iron) and everything you need including a water purifier. There’s a retractable shelf or small table everywhere you need it by the tub and in the bathroom. Separate high water pressure shower. Small but spacious. Excellent customer service young lady on Saturday afternoon. Great stay.

The hotel is great however, I’m looking for an international hotel to have an international experience while I’m in China… to wear a swimming hat to be into the swimming pool is the most Chinese thing ever… I really hate it… I couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool because of it. If you’re Chinese, you’ll love it. If you’re a foreigner you might not enjoy it.

Really nice luxurious apartment hotel. Front desk was ok, efficient and cordial if not friendly. They share the building with another Hotel that seems to have similar rooms, but the nicer lobby belonged to the other attached hotel as well as the swimming pool/gym. Even though this listing shows swimming-pool/gym, the front desk told me that it actually belongs to the other hotel and due to a ”conflict”, we could not use it. Seems like false advisement to me. :( I still enjoyed my stay mainly due to the modern well decorated room, and beautiful views, that is kept in great shape by the cleaning staff. The location could not get any better with a subway entrance about 30 ft from the door, and lots of restaurant options nearby. It is a short walk to Sea World (a sea themed upscale shopping mall). I would give this hotel 5 points on everything if it weren't' for the inability to access a promised feature (Swimming-pool/gym)

We were contented with the hotel room and service provided by the staff, especially that Steven was nice and helpful, he could recall our room no. during breakfast, plus thanks for his suggestion on the tour spots. Room was exceptionally new and tidy. I love the bath tub and shower room. Free beverages with stuff were provided. Pleasant stay, will come again.

I had a really good experience at this hotel. The lobby is spacious and bright, and I was greeted with a smile when checking in. Emily and Luna at the front desk were friendly and helpful, which left a great first impression. The hotel’s service and atmosphere were outstanding. The buffet breakfast offered a diverse selection, including a pleasing assortment of dim sum for morning tea. Although the infinity pool didn't provide much of a view, the swimming experience was enjoyable, and backstroking under the building's impressive architecture added a nice touch. I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk upgraded us to a suite. The suite included a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak, as well as a designated work area, which was both convenient and well-appointed. The comfort and tranquility of the suite made the stay even more enjoyable. What particularly impressed me was the excellent service from the housekeeping staff. They carefully arranged my stuffed animals, tucking them in and covering them with the blanket as if they were cozily resting. This thoughtful gesture added a personal and charming touch to my stay. Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with the experience.

First of all, thank you to the front desk manager Jiang for upgrading my room. The room and bathroom are very large and clean. The balcony has a large sea view. The room type we stayed in at the port is very quiet. Because we drove by ourselves and were afraid that cars with out-of-town license plates could not enter, we chose Shenzhen Yating Bay International Hotel nearby, and parking was also free. In short, I was very satisfied with this experience. There is also a free laundry room and gym on the 6th floor. It meets the needs of different tourists. You can also go up to the music restaurant on the 19th floor to watch the night view and sea view for free without ordering. The surrounding environment is very good, very quiet, the location is easy to find, go out and walk left for 2 minutes to take the subway line 5 directly, it is very convenient to travel. The room was cleaned, with a great view, bright, and the windows were large and breathable. Manager Peng at the front desk was very polite and enthusiastic, the check-in procedures were quickly processed, and patiently introduced the interesting attractions in Shenzhen, which was very detailed and professional. You need to swipe the card to take the elevator upstairs, which is very safe. You can also park for free, very comfortable, super satisfied hahaha.
