This is the Nth time I've stayed here. The environment is very beautiful. Every time I come here, there are beautiful flowers in the lobby. The room is well decorated, clean and tidy. It's quite convenient. There are many midnight snacks nearby. The service of Xiaojin and Xiaotang at the front desk is very good, very warm and thoughtful! There is also free parking, which is very convenient~

It was a lovely stay!!! The hotel is conveniently located next to a super huge mall. So you have all your needs met whether it’s food, arcades, shopping! The mall literally has A,B,C,D etc blocks!!! I didn’t explore it all but it’s enormous and spans over multiple blocks. It’s across the street from Sam’s club! The hotel staff were okay. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed was huge!!! I liked the cute photo of the piggy in our room. Soundproofing was nice. We slept amazing!!! Definitely recommend!!!! Will book again in future!

I finally experienced a warm and comfortable accommodation experience when I came to Bantian. The service was very good.
From check-in to check-out, many details reflected the care and respect for the guests. The front desk staff was enthusiastic, and the ice towels and fruit tea at check-in were very suitable, which made people feel very cordial. The room service was also satisfactory, and the cleaning work was done very well, so I could have a good sleep. The interior design of the hotel is simple but elegant, and the lobby is chic. Hotel location is about 10mins walk away from the mtr. Night Market a minute away. Our issue that night was our AC. Room had centralized ac and with only the air blowing out at the sofa area, it was so warm at the bed area. Temperature probably around 28 degrees. Very uncomfortable. We had to request fans to be borrowed to sleep through the night. Probably best to book smaller rooms as my parents room next door was ok.

I stayed in this hotel because it’s close to the train station, 10 minutes walking. The hotel is very clean, nice smell, big room, very comfortable bed, lots of clean towels, bathrobes. Very very nice.
The breakfast was mainly Chinese, not too much of a choice if you want a western one-for me it’s not a big deal. You have to ask a stuff to make you coffee, the coffee machine is behind the counter.
In the advertising they mention a mini bar which is too embarrassing-some cookies and coke-better not to mention.

The hotel reception and security can't speak english, but they keep trying to communication via google translation&wechat. And can leave our luggages with them after check out.

VVennellyn Xiao PeiAwesome experience and hospitality. The staff is kind to provide us early check in as my friend need breast feed. Location is located really just infront of huanggang mrt station. You could found all food, massage and entertainment opposite the road. The famous dimdoudak dimsum is also walking distance.
The room is clean and cozy, comfortable duvet and pillow, we had a great rest and even check out late to enjoy the day. Free laundry and gym is provided at L4.
Overall it is an awesome experience and we will definitely be back for next stay

The hotel is very beautiful. The young lady at the front desk served us very enthusiastically as soon as we entered the door. Then the housekeeper showed us the room. The hair dryer is from Dyson. I also tried the lady hair dryer. The wind is really strong! ! I have a lot of hair and it dries very quickly. I’m just planting grass! The shower gel is from Jo Malone and it smells very good. Everything in the small refrigerator is free, including Coke, Sprite and nuts. I casually mentioned that we were here to celebrate my father’s birthday, and the housekeeper upgraded us to a room for free. , the room has a bathtub and a projector. We edited the video ourselves and gave it to my father as a small surprise. The whole family was very happy. I feel that the hotel can consider providing birthday decoration services in the future.
The bathtub is very comfortable. It is the first time that a hotel provides bath towels. It is so considerate. As a northerner who loves bathing, I am really happy that a hotel has noticed this detail.
There is a Tmall Genie smart remote control air conditioner and light switch in the room. It is really friendly to people like my dad who are too lazy to get out of bed to turn off the lights and turn on the air conditioner. I praised it.
The swimming pool was not open when I checked in for the first time, but it was open this time. It was very comfortable to sit on the lounge chair and enjoy the wind in the evening! ! ! It would be better if you have a drink. I saw that there is a bar next to it, but it seems that it has not been renovated yet, and it may have just been renovated. There is no one to clean up the tables and chairs in the swimming pool.
The housekeeper said that since it had just opened, he gave us afternoon tea. Although it was not as rich as breakfast, there were also free bicycles. Eat, I recommend everyone to give it a try. Unfortunately, the coffee machine broke down in the morning and I didn’t get any coffee. However, there was coffee liquid in the room. After breakfast, I went back to the room and made a cup. They also gave us souvenirs when we checked out. It was so thoughtful. I give this service a hundred thumbs up. I have stayed in many hotels in Dameisha, big and small. This one is simply the king of value for money in Dameisha. ! ! ! As a busy mom of two young children, ages 6 and 2, I was in desperate need of a relaxing family getaway. That's why I decided to book a stay at the Sheraton Dameisha Resort in Shenzhen. From the moment we arrived, I knew we had made the perfect choice.
The hotel's stunning coastal location was the perfect backdrop for our family vacation. My children's faces lit up as we stepped into the expansive lobby, with its modern decor and welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted us warmly and promptly escorted us to our spacious and well-appointed room, complete with a breathtaking view of the sea.
The real highlight for my family, however, was the hotel's incredible outdoor pool area. My 6-year-old daughter squealed with delight as she ran towards the crystal-clear waters, while my 2-year-old son giggled as I helped him splash around in the shallow end. The pool's size and design allowed my husband and I to relax on the loungers while keeping a close eye on the kids.

The hotel is connected to the mall which is very convenient, and there are many attractions in the surrounding area which is a wealthy neighborhood. The gym is great, and the amenities provided in the room are what you would expect from a five-star hotel. For $100 a night it is a good treat
The security guards at the swimming pool absolutely killed the experience. They are constantly watching and judging and yelling at you if you swim the wrong way. You cannot relax at all in the pool and I wish the hotel would fire all those *****. If you don't come to the swimming pool, you'll have a good time

My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!
