Stayed for 3 nights in total. The hotel environment is good. There are security guards on the first floor. The room is clean and tidy, with central air conditioning. The TV is not a smart digital TV and cannot be projected, but there are also good dramas. 24-hour hot water, 2 bottles of free mineral water, disposable toiletries, hair dryers, disposable cotton mops, and self-service laundry and drying areas on the 9th floor. There are two bad experiences. One is that they will ask for help with evaluation, and the other is that the cleaning lady came in to clean the room when I had extended my stay on my mobile phone. Overall, it is good. The bed is very soft, the pillow is too low, and the quilt is thin (but it is not a problem with air conditioning). It is very quiet and there is no noise. The sleeping experience is good.

I was pleasantly surprised to stay at Atour Hotel in Shenzhen this time because you have a manager named Hua Xin who really made me feel the professionalism, meticulousness and warmth of Atour Hotel. I came here by subway and brought my children to play alone. The manager was afraid that I couldn’t find it, so he carefully told me where to get off and that it was convenient and fast to get off from that exit. He was afraid that I couldn’t find it and helped me take a photo of the hotel’s door so that I could identify it more easily. When I checked in, he found out that I brought children with me and helped me choose a quiet room. He put children’s products in the room in advance and prepared a disposable foot bath bucket for me. I didn’t expect that she would help me prepare a guide in advance and send it to me. She introduced some special snacks, how to travel, and where to take the subway. The experience after checking in is also very good. The front desk is very polite. Maybe this is the professionalism of Atour. I'm a foodie, so I didn't expect how delicious the hotel's breakfast would be, but Atour is still very good, with a lot of varieties, and I think the location of the hotel restaurant is very good, with a great view, and I especially need to praise it. The hotel it is close to the airport 3 stations, so if u just need to stay 2-3 days that’s fine . U have 10-15 min walk from the metro line 11, for me it was fine, I love walking. It is far from city center , but u have good metro connections. I try to buy a SIM card, was so dificult, one of the staff man , he was so kind with me , he took me to the mobile shop , but they told him I need to go to China Mobile , and they gave him the adress, the staff was so kind and booked a taxi for me, I was like wow , very very nice staff and helpful. Beautiful room and bathroom. Very nice renovation. A fair drive from the airport but quite nice for a late arrival or departure. Breakfast unfortunately was average. Local cuisine only. Nice staff at the front desk.
