The hotel signboard says the name is Yeste but on Trip app it's Astor. Some confusion there but the Chinese name is correct. The hotel uses cute robot to deliver food delivery orders to the room. the robot will greet u if u r in the lift. I witnessed the cleaning lady of the hotel scolding the robot. LoL. Room is big and clean. Hotel room comes with USB charging port but not quick charge type so do take note.

Great Location neat the Airport. Fairly quick wall from Horui station, good staff and decent room. Nothing too fancy, but good for staying the night in case of a morning flight.

Prefect location as an airport hotel, friedly staff , well facilitated room, quite environment even it is close to the airport, I”ve been there for almost 4th time and never disapointed so far. Highly recommend ...

Hotel provide free shuttle car back and forth from the airport. Arrived by 3:45am and the reception arrange the car for us and fetch us by 4am. Just worried that i cant contact the hotel because i didnt have china phone number but luckily they can reply me ASAP through the app. The room is spacious and clean.

hotel is a little dated but it's clean. arrived at Bao'an airport around 3:30am. gave hotel a call and made arrangements for pick up which was quite fast. within minutes i arrived at the hotel. decided to go for the free hotel breakfast before heading to my room. nothing to shout about, just simple breakfast fare to keep yr tummy nice and warm. the room is small but it is good enough and has everything for a night stay. bed is pretty comfy. aircon works very well. definitely worth the value if u need a short stay over.

I booked it because of it's close proximity to the Baon International Airport. It's great that they offer airport pick up and drop off service. There might be a bit of wait time for pick up though, so brace yourself for that. The hotel helped me to arrange pick up, which I really needed and appreciated. Hotel is beautiful and clean. I have no complaint. Buffet breakfast but limited options. It was ok though. Lovely service at the hotel.

The attitude is good and the breakfast included is good value for money. . . Very good, the room is clean, the environment is good, the stay is comfortable, I like it here very much. . There are a lot of delicious food and shopping nearby, and the prices are cheap. I hope to have the opportunity to come back and stay here again when I come back. .

Very good location. No worry to walk from the terminal to the hotel although it was rainny day when I touched down. Use exit 14 from the terminal, take the lift to level 3, then you will reach the hotel. Room is spacious with kitchenette.

What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Eric Chen and Molly were absolute standouts—professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. I had a parcel to send to my supplier, but as I do not have China mobile number, I was unable to send the parcel. Eric went out of the way to assist me by helping me to make the parcel booking with his phone. The staff dedication to customer satisfaction is evident and greatly appreciated. The rooms are modern, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The dining options were fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious choices to suit any palate. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

Everything is perfect, sadly that we woke up early to take hotel shuttle bus to airport at 5 AM. We just get on the bus at find out that our flight was delayed. we informed the driver to go back to wait at the hotel but he said we already check out if we go back we have to pay it again. Doesn’t matter it’s not their fault
