Overall experience were satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The amenities provided were adequate, and the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient. However, I did encounter a significant issue with the ventilation. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, cigarette fumes were quite noticeable and unpleasant. It seems the smoke from other areas of the hotel was seeping into the room. Additionally, I was shocked to see guests smoking in common areas, including one instance where a guest boarded the lift from B1 with a lit cigarette. I believe the hotel should enforce stricter non-smoking policies in common areas and improve their ventilation system to ensure a more comfortable stay in future. Hoping that the smoking policy and ventilation issues are addressed in the future.

Extremely surprise by their top notch service. Reached drenched because the Didi driver insisted to drop us by the roadside when it's pouring heavily. One of the reception lady in duty actually came running out to fetch us into lobby with the umbrellas in the heavy rain and helped us with our luggages. Upon stepping into the hotel, we were served with refreshing ice drinks. Upon completion of checkin and unpacking, the reception lady came knocking on our room door with 2 hot tea for us quoting ”you are both drenched so please take some ginger tea in case you catch a cold” Such an awesome touch and gesture that can be do without but they did anyway. Hotel room is also good. One of the best hotel i have been to, especially in China. Amenities were of good quality which is better than some 5 stars international hotel. Free laundry (6pc) per day is a bonus especially we were drenched and needed a laundry service. Loaning of umbrella require a deposit of 50RMB/unit but was returned immediately on Alipay after returning. We're just amazed and will definitely return to stay with them.

I really liked the room. It was really spacious and comfortable, with also a big sofa and a table. All was very clean. The metro is just across the road. Overall I would highly recommend. The hotel is non smoking but there is an odour of smoke in the common areas. Did not bother me but bothered my partner. To note - the staff does not speak English so for any questions you will need to use a translator app.

Excellent hotel. Be it service, staff or location, it is excellent. My extra bed was placed at the living hall and we have requested to move into the room next to the queen bed. The housekeeper tried and managed to squeeze in for us. The staff at counter will greet with smile. The breakfast is nice and varieties changed everyday. Many eateries and shopping malls.The location is next to many wholesale buildings mainly for clothings. The Laojie streets is so happening every night with live streamers performance. Train is just next to the hotel, 2 stops from Louhu station. Highly recommended. If I go SZ again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

I think they should rename here to Cybo in Ctrip.com to reduce confusion. It took us awhile to find the location as we were looking for the name on Ctrip.com not Cybo. Other than that, we have no complaints. All was fantastic. Love the laundry offer. The cleaner aunty is super nice although we had our DND sign up. She checked in with us when she saw us and if we needed anything. Check in and checkout was easy. The room is great. We were on the 11th floor. The bed was comfortable..At the end of the trip, the reception was a little pushy about the review. I could not do it then and there because we were rushing for our long distance train. Overall, we are very happy with our stay.

The facilities are very complete, even disposable bathtub covers are provided. The environment is very beautiful and full of small details. The hotel has a beautiful environment and a marine-style decoration. There is a seaside boardwalk outside the door where you can see the sea directly. It is about a ten-minute walk from the subway station and only one stop away from Dameisha. It is very convenient to take the subway to Dameisha with friends. Recommended to stay!

I stayed at that hotel a few times already.Hotel is brand new and location is suited for my purposes, most importantly the metro station Liwan is in 2 minutes walking distance.There are many restaurants around the hotel and paking is free for hotel's guests. Hotel has a laundry room , which is very convenient. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. My personal thanks to Annie Liu from reception desk, she is always trying her best to make my stays easy and enjoyable.
