地理位置非常好，就在老街站H出口上地面轉左就到了大門口。 服務很好，職員能應使用英文對外國遊客。 多次入住體驗很好，最喜歡洗手間的浴室，水壓太給力了，很喜歡出水量足夠的浴室。

之前住開前枱服務都好好，今次一班新來的trainee 負責，完全唔整做check in, 整體感覺好差，暫時唔會再住，暫時放棄住這間

房間非常大，也很安靜，設施很新！十分舒適的酒店

酒店環境方便，但唔知係咪現在太方便預訂都冇乜高樓層比到我，有時候還滿了沒有房間，住緊要再轉酒店

最近は満室になっていることが多い人気のホテルです。理由は朝食がとても美味しく、羅湖や福田へのアクセスが良い為、香港からのリピーターが増えているからだと思います。東門エリアは屋台村もリニューアルされ、OUTLETモールもあるのでとても楽しい場所です。

The hotel is located upstairs in the 1234 shopping mall, with a strategic location and convenient transportation. The variety of breakfast is acceptable. Although the selection is not rich, it has both Chinese and Western food, which can meet the needs of different tastes. The maintenance level of the room is barely adequate, some corners may not be cleaned properly, and the furniture is also somewhat damaged. However, overall this hotel remains my first choice. However, I encountered some problems during my stay this time. After checking in, a cleaning staff swiped my card to enter the room without permission. I was resting and had not yet dressed. After hearing the knock on the door, I immediately got up and started to get dressed, but as soon as I put on my top, the door was opened. I immediately complained to the front desk, who apologized after understanding the situation and promised to refund the breakfast fee. But after I expressed dissatisfaction with the result and requested a refund of the room fee, the front desk said that I needed to apply to the manager. In the end, the manager came to apologize in person and promised to upgrade the suite and give away red wine. Although I am not completely satisfied with the way they handled it, especially when the manager tried to explain that the cleaning staff opened the door to ask if cleaning or water delivery was needed, which seemed to be a shirking of responsibility. But since I didn’t want to deal with the cancellation policy anymore, I decided to continue staying. It is hoped that the hotel can strengthen staff training to avoid similar problems from happening again, and be more attentive when handling customer complaints. The room maintenance is barely satisfactory, with some corners possibly not cleaned properly and certain furniture showing signs of wear. However, overall, it remains my top choice for accommodation. I heard a knock on the door and started to get dressed, but just as I had put on my shirt, the door was opened. I immediately lodged a complaint with the front desk, and after investigation, they apologized and promised to refund the breakfast fee. When I expressed dissatisfaction with this resolution and requested a refund for the room fee, the front desk mentioned they would need to consult with the manager. Eventually, the manager came to apologize in person and offered an upgrade to a suite along with complimentary wine. Although their handling of the situation was not entirely satisfactory, especially since the manager explained that the housekeeper opened the door to ask if we needed cleaning or water, which seemed like an excuse to deflect blame. However, since I didn't want to go through the trouble of checking out, I decided to stay. I hope the hotel will genuinely improve staff training to prevent similar incidents and avoid being dismissive of guests after mistakes occur.

The location is excellent. Because I checked in late, the hotel can arrange late check-out. The service is very good. I will recommend it to friends. It is located at the exit of the subway station. It takes 1 minute to reach the hotel directly. The location is very good.
