屢次不打掃！你反饋總會有千萬種理由，而且當天明明前台有兩個人在，萬般理由，萬般藉口。甚至在我15號晚上23:56分下樓的時候聽到了前台在裏面打電話的時候背後正在説你，反正她已經該投訴的都投訴了，已經沒用了，難道還想退房費麼？當時前台正好還有客人在辦入住手續，請問職業操守何在，問她要領導電話就是不給，萬般無奈之舉才給攜程反饋的！
