房間環境乾淨，普普通通很簡約，超時退房收一小時100元，收費有點離譜，床不平，中間低兩邊高，睡了腰疼，輾轉反則躺到天亮才睡着，對於高端酒店，出現這樣的問題不應該

我住過這個酒店幾次，整體來説這家酒店是不錯的，環境很不錯，電梯也不會很擁擠什麼的，也挺乾淨的，為什麼服務我給4星？
第一：因為我每次問前台關於交通方面的訊息，每次得到的回覆都是不知道🤷♀️，幾個人都沒有嘗試幫我去找一下這方面的諮詢，我覺得酒店應該是需要在這方面提供幫助給住客的
第二：今天借雨傘的時候，酒店居然沒有雨傘可以借（如果是借完了我理解和100%接受）但是作為一家酒店，如果是沒有想到客户的這種需要的話，真不應該，希望酒店想得更周到一些。然而慶幸的是，前台的小王（女生）還是借我一把她自己的，感謝🙏而且我走的時候她還送了我一套禮品，謝謝，她的服務很好，笑容很甜美
第三：整體來説，覺得這家酒店的前台（男）員工服務還是不夠專業，有點感覺像是自家經營的那種小型規模的生意，情緒表現很隨意（包括高興，不高興的臉），跟客户交流的時候可以更專業一點。專業服務培訓可以幫助提高員工的專業度。
第四：這次住的時候淋浴的地方堵塞了，雖然第二天我提出很快派阿姨來，後面阿姨跟我説已經找人弄好了，但是後面晚上洗澡還是一樣堵。。。
總結一下，還是推薦這家酒店的，我衹是想提供一下我的意見純粹希望這家酒店會更好而已（而不是抱怨），非常舒適的房間，房間也蠻大，裝修也很不錯的✔️
