能夠即時回應要求為慶祝作佈置和預備，實在厲害；而且還是免費的，實在是很好的體驗。加上入夜後才抵達，仍能獲房間升級，實在難忘。

今次入住好有驚喜感覺，要到96樓Check in 己經好特別，在加上從高處遠望整個中國，感覺好幸福自己係中國人。正當我想問下可否 Upgrade 我間房間過生時，突然有位小女孩問我有什麼可以幫忙時，我只是想 Upgrade 自己房間，沒想到她竟然可以係一個晚上可以製造好多驚喜比我，Crystal manger她好像我親人一樣，從這刻開始，這間就是可以陪伴我過一世重要日子地方，特別感謝 Eddie,loka 他們對工熱誠，令我們香港人向他們多多學習，再次希望貴公司保留這些好員工為其化客人服務，做到全世界No1酒店

今次預訂魅力複式套房，房間大，服務一如既往的好，有什麼需要可微信管家幫你安排。早餐食物種類多，當然其中一賣點系個景觀啦

作為2011年的酒店 瑞吉的設計可以説很超前 優雅有格調又不過分張揚 服務態度也是很好

我很少留下評價 ，但這家酒店確實不錯 ，停車方便，房間舒適温馨，隔音效果良好，酒店的員工都很熱情周到，服務態度極佳，滿意強烈推薦！特別是一樓的Nancy妹妹，笑的很燦爛，隔很遠就主動打招呼詢問是否需要服務，每次一看到她就特別開心，還有Social的Wilson，因為沒有預訂當天用餐沒位置，及時協調，好評，耐心友善，為這兩位員工點贊

We stayed here to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. We informed the hotel to decorate the room before we checked in. In addition to decorating it for us, the hotel also gave us a bottle of red wine. When I checked in, the staff knew that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and congratulated me, which made me feel so cordial and happy. 設備太老了 維護的也一般 位置很方便 大堂在96樓 去客房需要先上大堂再轉電梯下去 非常麻煩 服務一般，checkin感覺不到熱情。
