很安靜，老闆人很好，衞生條件也不錯，最最重要的是交通方便，距離世界之窗、歡樂谷、錦綉中華都非常非常近，步行距離。去深圳灣10幾分鐘車程。出門就是地鐵，直通蓮花山公園、大梅沙、小梅沙！如果再來深圳還會住這裏的！
