服務水平賊垃圾，是不是省成本都招的非常年輕的服務員，一點不專業。定的大床房，跟我説要換成兩室一廳的，我説了不要兩室一廳的，也不給我反饋，結果上去還是給我兩室一廳的房間。自己超賣了關消費者什麼事。問題是我當場説了不要，你不説一下非要給是什麼意思。
還有之前把我的身份證給別人的事，太無語了，建議好好加強前台培訓
