This was pretty much a perfect hotel in the Luohu district, very close to the fancy mall and a 10 minute bike ride to the outdoor shopping district. Although it is in a building compacted with multiple other hotels, it was extremely clean, and solid with good air conditioning. The staff are also extremely helpful the entire time. The Bauhinia Shenzhen Hotel Is a jewel of a boutique hotel in commercial Shenzhen next to the iconic Mix C shopping mall and accessible via the Grand Theatre MTR station. Jenny Liu, the manager who speaks proficient English ensures travelers are given a Warm welcome and dietary needs at breakfast looked after. The breakfast is delicious and great value. Rooms are clean, well furnished in a functional way with high ceilings And spacious. Windows let in fresh air and the rooms are equipped with all expected modern amenities. A robot delivers your take away from the lobby straight to your room. The Bauhinia is a great business hotel, offering quiet working environment and functional, clean and very accessible to the shopping mall across the street (no more than a five min walk). Jenny, the manager is a star and an asset to the Bauhinia hotel, incredibly dedicated, well respected by her team as a leader and ensures her team is focused to serve the traveler with a smile. The room is tidy, the floor is relatively quiet, and the waiters are friendly. We wanted to get an extra room card, and they took the initiative to assist us. Thank you. There is KK Mall nearby, which is convenient for shopping and dining. There are restaurants and supermarkets... etc. The facilities nearby this hotel are quite ideal.

The staff at Atour Hotel Shenzhen Luohu Diwang, especially Ruo Guan, provided outstanding service during our stay. From a friendly greeting at check-in to arrangements for luggage storage when taking an excursion to Hong Kong, the staff was exceptional and efficient in meeting our every need. We chose this hotel because of its central location in Shenzhen, and found it to be very conveniently located near Grand Theatre Subway Station and a variety of neighborhood shops and two large shopping malls all within easy walking distance from the hotel. We also made use of the hotel's self-service guest laundry which was a much welcomed amenity during our two week vacation.

Excellent service! Enjoyed Chinese and western breakfast buffet and tv channels, well equipped gym, covered pool, excellent location across the street from Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Pool requires swimming cap or can buy for $30rmb. Connected rooms perfect for families. Both rooms had separate showers and bath tubs, only the smaller room had jets in the tub. Very kind service for children, they offered children’s bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrush sets. Stay included breakfast buffet for 4, and $200 rmb vouchers for Fortune Restaurant, but must use $100 each day, cannot combine. Just decrease the hotel booking $200 instead of vouchers. Everything perfect except the Fortune Restaurant, which was very slow compared to the service in the rest of the hotel. Would stay again and highly recommended.

I usually stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen during my business trips for its proximity and is always my choice even for my personal trips. Even if I only swing by Shenzhen for a day trip, I will definitely have my dim sum breakfast in 香宫 before moving off to next destination. This time round, I had a last minute booking for my birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprised by the hand written note from Cheng Li - the Guest relationship officer. Cheng Li wished me a happy birthday and prepared a delicious cheese cake which was considerately stored in the fridge for me. The room is also decorated with a handmade artwork using towels which symbolized my Chinese horoscope! I am very impressed by the details and effort. I will of course continue to stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen whenever I am traveling to Shenzhen and will definitely recommend staying there to my peers!

Overall experience were satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The amenities provided were adequate, and the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient. However, I did encounter a significant issue with the ventilation. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, cigarette fumes were quite noticeable and unpleasant. It seems the smoke from other areas of the hotel was seeping into the room. Additionally, I was shocked to see guests smoking in common areas, including one instance where a guest boarded the lift from B1 with a lit cigarette. I believe the hotel should enforce stricter non-smoking policies in common areas and improve their ventilation system to ensure a more comfortable stay in future. Hoping that the smoking policy and ventilation issues are addressed in the future.

Everything was good. It was very easy to get around cuz metro and bus station was in front of the hotel. So the location was perfect. Cleaning lady was also very nice she cleaned rooms everyday. Service was good they helped me a lot.
