Hotels Near COCO park in Shenzhen

I wanted an affordable modern hotel for a weekend staycation and after hours of searching, chose the G Shenzhen based on the photos and good reviews. What stood out for me about the hotel was the friendly and highly professional service, the immaculately clean room/public areas, and the modern vibe. As an English speaker I really appreciated that most of the staff spoke English and that everything printed in the hotel (menus, room signage) had both Chinese and English text. I should also mention that the bed was super comfortable and that the hotel provides a “Pillow Menu” where guests can choose the pillows that best suit them from a selection of pillows! The hotel is somewhat isolated from shops and restaurants, but easily walkable in about 15 minutes. There is also a lovely Buddhist Temple and mountain trail nearby that circumnavigates a small lake. I would recommend the hotel to people who prefer a quiet stay, or for those doing business. Thank you to the manager and staff who took such good care of me during my stay - I’ll be back!

樓下由於修地鐵導致無法直達酒店樓下，前台工作人員還特意打電話給我們説明一下，辦理入住特別快，還送了個小禮品！服務態度真的好的沒話説！他們是24小時管家服務的，真的有求並應，回訊息的速度嘎嘎快！房間也是挺大的，乾淨又整潔，有冰箱洗衣機啊智能馬桶這些的，而且房間的隔音也是很滿意的！被子柔軟又舒服睡的很舒服！衣櫃還自帶烘乾！！！誰懂啊！！然後電視也能投屏巨清晰！樓下三樓還有個空中花園可以飯後散散步特別舒心，旁邊還有個泳泳池可以游泳！總之很滿意的一次入住！下次過來還是會選擇這裏的！

I like to stay in chain hotels when I am on a business trip. The service in Vienna is very good. All problems can be solved actively and the needs of customers can be met. The breakfast in the hotel is also good and the staff are very enthusiastic~

Everything was perfect! It was our family trip, celebrating my two children’s birthday. The hotel had prepared cakes upon our arrivals and arranged us a connecting rooms. The breakfast was nice. The afternoon tea was quite surprising. The overall service was excellent and we had a wonderful stay.

I was upgraded to a penthouse suite which was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is older so it seemed a bit run down but it was not disgusting by any means, just old and a bit outdated. The location is not as close to the train station as I had thought but it was still fine. It takes about 10-12 minutes in a taxi to get the the train station.

Nice hotel near Shenzhen North Station. Lots of shopping, food and entertainment near by. Room is small but has everything, They even provide laundry service. Another thing is the soundproofing is not good. Breakfast is reasonably good, but not the very extensive 5 star hotel type.

Vienna Hotel Meilin Branch is really what you see is what you get. The price-performance ratio is really amazing. The environment is very pleasant and quiet in a busy city! The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the hotel air conditioning has a very good cooling effect, and the gym can be used for free! The front desk service attitude is very enthusiastic and thoughtful, and they answer all my questions and doubts tirelessly. You can order takeout and it can be delivered upstairs without going down to get it yourself. The hotel also has free parking, which is really great. The front desk lady helped to upgrade the room type for free. The location is really convenient. There is Excellence for shopping and shopping. There are all kinds of food and local styles around the hotel. It is very convenient to eat. Next time I come, I will choose to stay and always support this Vienna Hotel. The location is good and it is close to the mall. The room facilities are clean and the equipment is new. The hotel's service attitude is also very good, and the delivery is very fast. This is the second time I stay here. I will choose here next time.
