The hotel is located in a mixed residential and commercial building. Although there are mixed people coming and going, there are many supermarkets, supermarkets, snacks, department stores, and banks in the surrounding area. It is also a transportation node, so there is no risk of shortage. A unit of the apartment building was renovated. The door has a code lock. Once inside, there is a social hall with a long table and chairs. The air conditioning is not turned on, only the fan circulates, and it is slightly stuffy. There is a kitchen in the corner, which provides kitchen utensils and a refrigerator. There is no water dispenser. There are a variety of spice jars on the shelf. The refrigerator is full of ingredients. It depends on how many guests stay there. Lower bunk room for ten men at an affordable price. There are five sets of wooden bunk beds on both sides of the room. The structure is relatively stable and does not creak. The bed has a curtain to ensure privacy, a small lamp and a storage rack. The socket has two holes, three holes and one universal socket. The WiFi signal is good. There is a bay window outside the room for hanging clothes, and there are small lockers, but a 20 yuan deposit is required for the key. The bunks on site were in a messy state, as if they had not been tidied up after the previous guest checked out, but I wanted to make do with it for the night, so I didn't complain. There are 2 shared bathrooms for boys, family-style, with showers and toilets. They are small, have a lot of mildew and dirt, and there is no dry and wet separation. The water temperature and volume are normal, and a hair dryer is provided, but there is no shower gel or toilet paper, which is a bit inconvenient.

I saw the newly opened hotel on a business trip today. I was very satisfied with the stay experience. The lobby is very spacious, and there is a water bar and tea supply (ps: I will definitely experience it next time). The environment is very good. The overall decoration is green beige and wood decoration. There are a lot of greenery in the public area as soft partitions. It feels like leaving the busy office in the city of reinforced concrete and returning to nature. The mood is much more relaxed. The front desk service is good, the check-in is fast, and the room facilities are complete. Facilities: Matching brand washing machine and dryer, fully automatic and no hygiene worries! Matching hanging iron is very good. The gym is mainly aerobic equipment, the same as the gym equipment of a big brand, I feel that it is attentive! Hygiene: The room hygiene is very clean, the wall art paint is very textured, unlike the traditional chain hotels that are all plywood! I checked the disposable washing and care kit and found out that it is a big brand. The mineral smell is also very fresh, very nice! Service: The buffet breakfast has a rich variety and is very suitable for your appetite. It is a combination of American and Western soup noodles. It also comes with boxed milk and bread bags for takeaway breakfast, which is a plus. I ordered takeaway in the middle of the night. Because the rider is deaf and dumb, the security guard took the initiative to take the rider to the door of the room and informed me in advance. It was a very heartwarming move! The most important thing is that the sleep is really comfortable. Latex pillows are just needed! ! ! No matter how many value-added services you get, it is not as good as sleeping comfortably at night! ! !

Hotel is just above the subway exit, lots of eateries nearby. Would suggest pay a bit more to stay in a room with windows. The Room and toilet are clean. There are free use of washing machine and dryer.

We booked this hotel at the last minute to extend our exploration of Shenzhen beyond the day and it's location was perfect for us, 5 mins walk to One Avenue and Citylink underground malls, with Exit 12 leading to Line 2 (Futian HSR, Sea World, Window of the World, Hubei, Daimeisha) and easy transfer to other lines. It turned out to be one of the best value stays in Futian. Beyond the humble lobby, the hotel packs a lot of cosy and homely services in their guest stay experience. Reception staff kindly upgraded us to a window room at our request. It was very clean, spacious, full of smart tech, yet comfortable and relaxing with tasteful natural accents (a landscape art above the bed, green shower tiles, wood furniture). Included are in-room minibar beverages, a healthy teatime station, goodnight snack and 24hrs warm tea at the lounge, gym walking machines, laundry corner, even a robot that will deliver your online delivery meals directly to your room. They also offer breakfast, which we did not take. We are almost sorry we had to check out. We will definitely choose this hotel for future weekend trips to Shenzhen!

I really love this hostel, its super convenient for solo travellers like me and the room really comfortable. There's a small library, kitchen for you to cook something too, free coffee and mineral water also you can enjoy free WiFi too! Extra information in China they mostly use Wechat or Alipay its better for you guys to transfer money into wechat account even vending machine there only paid by that. Before you left the hostel, you can left notes for them too! Everything use technology there and you have to pay 100yuan for deposit please prepare the cash money ya! Overall, I love the hostel and all the staff did a great job. Everyone greet me well even I don't really understand Mandarin language 🙂

I have been staying at this hotel for almost 10 years now. The location is great, lots of good local and international food, and the Metro is steps away. This last time was good for all the reasons I stay here, but the front desk staff are not as friendly and helpful as before. Close to Civic Center and the amazing light show

Clean and sanitary, with good ventilation from north to south. It was very comfortable in the cool autumn weather. I was not familiar with the surrounding area, but the front desk answered my questions patiently. Thank you, I will come again next time.
