There is a self-service laundry service on the fifth floor of the hotel, but it charges 10 yuan each time. There are Sungang Stationery Wholesale, Wanxiang Food Restaurant and other shopping malls nearby that you can go to. There is also a large Hema!

The price and facilities of the hotel are very ideal. There is a large shopping mall just a few minutes outside the hotel. Super close to Sungang Stationery and Toys City. The only time I checked in was because the hotel staff were new employees. I couldn't find my order again. The staff next to me checked in a few times, but none of them were processed. Finally, the staff next to me helped and found it immediately. It takes a full half hour to process.

Beautiful, clean, and new hotel. Lobby is inviting and fresh. Staff are helpful. The door man will help with luggage, and checking in is fast and efficient. The room is modern and spacious. Well designed with a big window. The bed is very comfortable, and the bedding is soft. All amenities are provided and daily housekeeping as well. The rooms are very soundproof and also have plenty of storage. The washing machine is useful, and washing liquid is provided. Breakfast is extra, and it has a wide variety of Chinese and Western foods and well as fruit. The dining room is inviting and also jas an outdoor seating smoking area. Subway is only an 8 min walk, and it is easy to get to tourist locations. This hotel has a 5 star service and will stay again.

雅朵酒店位置簡直太棒啦！這次是來香港旅遊的，酒店離皇崗口岸就幾個站，並且離地鐵口走路衹有2分鐘，處於鬧中取靜的黃金地段，周邊就是一條超棒的美食一條街。步行幾分鐘就能輕鬆抵達各種美味餐廳，無論是當地特色小吃還是精緻大餐，應有盡有，極大地方便了我們的美食探索之旅。而且周邊交通也十分便利，無論是出行遊玩還是購物都極為便捷，能有這樣優越的位置讓我們的入住體驗增色不少，真心推薦給大家！

Right firstly right from the reception area we didn’t feel that the receptionist was very friendly because when we asked for a change of room since the windows lock were kind of broken in the first room the receptionist didn’t look at all to help us out. Secondly, I don’t know if you believe in the supernatural but I can tell you that it was pretty eerie at night, especially having a nightmare and hearing random sounds in the room throughout the night. I would not stay again, unfortunately

The staff at Atour Hotel Shenzhen Luohu Diwang, especially Ruo Guan, provided outstanding service during our stay. From a friendly greeting at check-in to arrangements for luggage storage when taking an excursion to Hong Kong, the staff was exceptional and efficient in meeting our every need. We chose this hotel because of its central location in Shenzhen, and found it to be very conveniently located near Grand Theatre Subway Station and a variety of neighborhood shops and two large shopping malls all within easy walking distance from the hotel. We also made use of the hotel's self-service guest laundry which was a much welcomed amenity during our two week vacation.
