There are no bath towels. The towels are not pure cotton. There is no soap. The plastic film on the mattress is not removed. It is a bit slippery and noisy when sitting on it. I suggest the boss to remove the plastic film. If you are afraid of dirt, you can put on a fitted sheet. There is only one main light. There is no bedside switch. You need to go down to the door to turn off the light. The hygiene is OK.

Finally saw the Hanting Hotel in Liaozhong, the newly opened hotel is great, and the overall feeling is high-end atmosphere. The front desk service is very warm, will ask me about my stay requirements, very considerate of the guests. It is also very good to welcome and send. The room was very comfortable, and it felt very clean as soon as I entered the house. It seemed that I was cleaning with ulterior motives. The hotel also has breakfast, the noodles are freshly cooked, the variety is quite complete, to meet my difficult choice needs, the overall feeling is great, will come next time! Worthy of being Hanting Hotel, it is recommended! !

The hotel's sanitary environment is very good. The price for the suite where four of us stayed was right.
There are many places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby, and the lady at the front desk is very welcoming!

I often go to Liaozhong for business trips. I felt it was very good when I stayed there for the first time. It was hygienic and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious, and the pickles were delicious.
Checking in again for the second time, I left my belongings in the restaurant. I was just in time to catch the bus, so I thought of it and called the pretty girl at the front desk. She asked for a taxi to be delivered to me. The train was not delayed. Thank you very much.

BBBT444Best hotel in Shenyang. Location is close to everywhere. Customer service is outstanding. Views from restaurants and hotel rooms are incredible. GGuest UserI recently stayed at a hotel with my baby, and I couldnβt help but comment on the Hauser Siridi Hotel. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. When checking in, they would give the baby small gifts, and even take the baby to see the robot. There are a lot of things and the girl will help bring them upstairs. The room is very clean. The baby is not dirty at all when playing on the floor. The room is large and very comfortable. There are also children's noodles, wontons and small hairpins for breakfast, which is very considerate. The parking at the hotel is very convenient. The gym and laundry facilities are all available. I will choose Siridi Hotel next time.

The βLittle Europe Districtβ on Zhongshan Lu, with Western restaurants and sidewalk cafes, is walking distance. 9th floor facilities are great--gym, pool table, Western restaurant, patio dining (no wifi, though). 23rd floor partment 1-br suite was great for the price: not luxurious but clean and well-maintained, comfy bed, kitchen with basic equipment (convection stove, not gas, unfortunately), no noise, no odors. Friendly English-speaking staff. Overall a very pleasant stay. I will come again.

GGuest UserI had been stayed in the hotel twice from 18 May 2023. The first stay was booked through trip.com while the 2nd stay was booked through the hotel directly.
The hotel is located at a very good position. The river bank park is within 5 mins walking and it is not bad and good for morning or evening walk.
The bed sheets are very clean and comfortable. 4-6 bottles of complimentary drinking water are provided a day
The staff of the hotel are very helpful and friendly. I had a document to copy in an evening time when the shops were closed due to the late hours. I just passed by the receiption area, so I just asked the staff at the counter if they have a copying machine. In fact, they don't have a photo copier. They just have a printer with copy function. The printer is installed at a pretty low position, and need to squat down to operate it. Xiao Song, a very friendly and nice lady, helped me to make 2 copies of my document while she needed to serve other clients at the counter at the same time. She had to squat down few times to complete the whole document. Thank you so much Xiao Song.
The hotel lift is a bit slow and waiting time is a bit longer. You may need to press the same button more than once for a ride.

AAnonymous UserVery convenient with direct access subway from airport. Eateries are limited around the hotel. Walk 200m toward the TV tower & u may find some. I stayed in a midsize suite for a night & on my return 2 nights, they upgraded to the biggest suite.
The mid sized suite face the TV tower which the largest suite they give me face a construction site which run 24hrs. Light sleeper do take note. Mattress is softer & more comfortable in the big suite. Toilet bowl for the midsize suite are in a separated room away from bathroom. Breakfast not worth mentioning but the staff are polite. I would rate this as a good basic business hotel. Not the luxurious type u are looking for. Very good price tho..
The main downside for me would be the renovation smells that linger strongly in part of corridor & room. There is a pungent plastic burning smell that bothers me. Secondly, the aircon blower was shut in winter period. I susposed to save cost. Only a small air vent above the window. The air is still & stuffy in the room. I had to left the main door ajar to get some breeze in the room.
Pictures are the 80meter square room. Last 4pics are the midsize suite. Prices in chinese dy website are way cheaper.

CChestnutTravelsThe room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid.
1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take.
2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts.
3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time.
4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon.
5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

We combined it with a night in the hotel.
Underground parking.
The big building is the spa. Itβs not easy to miss.
The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the βcheck-in signsβ.
There they inform you that:
- The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm.
- Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am.
- If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day.
- To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card.
- You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male.
- You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free.
- You will be led into gender separated changing areas.
- You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how.
- Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how.
- Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked.
- Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area.
- It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
- Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, childrenβs water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour.
- Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options.
- Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm.
- Level 4 is for private treatments.
In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides βthe waveβ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold.
We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful.
Our hotel room βRoom Queensize-Bedβ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel.
All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.
