非常不錯的東北小旅館，就在盛京醫院旁邊，地段很好，離南湖公園很近。晚上也很安靜，二十多塊錢挺划算的，被子是乾淨的，一樓可以洗澡，很不錯，就是衞生一般，有蚊子老闆娘很好，給點了蚊香，設施都是比較復古，有種回到小時候爺爺奶奶家的感覺，用明鎖鎖門，二樓外面還種着南瓜，感覺很不錯。很實惠，關係大家來住。

住店很滿意，雖然是一樓民宿，老闆很熱情！有人間煙火氣！就是這個小區停車收費有點讓人反感，一小時五元，住店的一天十元，感覺也是不人性化。小區裏停車收費誰給的權利？有部門管嗎？
