The service was excellent. We arrived early and they even upgraded our room for free, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast selection was also rich and varied, and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a very satisfying stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Shenyang.

Maybe it's because it wasn't a major holiday like May Day, but some of the facilities were a bit dusty, and the soundproofing between rooms wasn't great, though it wasn't a big issue. The front desk service was excellent; they prepared gifts for the children and were very responsive to our requests.

The hotel is in a great location, right beside Bailing Park, and parking is easy to access. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
However, the housekeeping could be improved. The floors didn’t seem to be properly vacuumed, as there was still noticeable hair after cleaning. There were also some yellow stains in parts of the bathroom when I checked in.
Overall, a convenient stay with good service, but cleanliness needs more attention.

Fantastic location, right across from the subway station. The view from the window was lovely, with plenty of greenery. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the staff were extremely polite.

Zhou Yi at the front desk provided excellent service. The breakfast was also delicious. Whenever I needed anything, I just called the front desk and a robot delivered it to my room.

The room was great, and the kids loved it too. The service was outstanding. We came to see an Errenzhuan show at the Nanfeng Grand Theater, and Beiling Park was a pleasant surprise.
