早上7:00有木魚大酒店到國際滑雪場的大巴，但是早餐卻衹在6:50開始，太坑了……希望改進。

酒店位置得天獨厚，出行便捷，二樓停車場就是大巴前往國際滑雪場的專車。吃早餐的餐廳也在二樓，早上收拾好，換好衣服，在二樓吃完早餐就可以直接上車去雪場，大巴是滿人就開車。房間設施齊全，光猛明亮，床也很舒服，而且房間超級暖和。早餐選擇蠻多，都是簡單的清菜，包子，地瓜之類，也有熱粥，熱豆漿，總之這家酒店還是不錯的。
就是酒店外面修路，旁邊飯店有好多家都關了門。

設施：房間內有廚房但是不能用 跟擺設一樣 窗户非常的小 而且漏風！！！！！窗户的把手是個壞的！！一晚上背後冷颼颼的，體驗感非常差，而且空調的聲音特別大
衞生：安排的第一個房間被套有污漬，然後換了個房間，結果第二個房間被套還是有污漬，不是我請問呢？？？我花錢來住臟酒店是嗎？？浴室沒有一次性馬桶墊，按壓沐浴露和洗髮水的非常難用
服務：服務非常非常非常非常差！！！！換的第二間房下去找前台，跟前台説也是個臟的，前台第一反應是狡辯....説這是洗不掉的，很正常，正常？？？？那客人弄臟被套不是會賠洗滌費嗎？那為什麼還要給下一位客人住臟的呢？？從始至終那個人一句道歉都沒有，一直在狡辯，解決方案也沒有，還是旁邊的小姐姐説換一下被套😢建議好好培訓一下😶

因去國際滑雪場而選擇的這家酒店，竟收穫許多意外驚喜，來回國際滑雪場大巴就在酒店門口停泊，超級方便，酒店設施齊全，暖氣超足，更主要的是前台小尹姐姐，人美心善，服務態度真好，耐心細緻的幫我們解決了很多疑慮，能有這樣的工作人員，這家酒店必須加分。下次來神農架還是會繼續選擇木魚大酒店

非常好，和父母一起來滑雪，暖氣很充足，酒店非常乾淨温馨感覺賓至如歸，地理位置也很方便有直達的大巴到滑雪場，服務態度也非常好，特別是前台小尹很耐心。
