More than 200 room rates with breakfast, the room configuration is still very advanced and satisfactory!
Hotel service: With good hardware configuration, service is the key. There are two episodes during the check-in process: 1. When I was about to brush my teeth, I found that there was a razor in the wash box! I called the front desk and didn't believe it at first. I emphasized it many times and sent it to the arrangement. 2. The water in the wash basin can't leak, and the cigarette butts float up from the drainage hole. I made many calls before I was connected. I sent a waitress to deal with it. I picked up the toothbrush I used. The three bottle caps were pulled out of the water hole. Other debris was pulled down and cleared. The waiter took a call and turned around. The water hole lid was not covered, and the three bottle caps and toothbrushes were not cleaned up. The people who saw this wave of operations were very uncomfortable. Breakfast is good, it is recommended that the hotel do not print the hotel logo with melamine tableware.
The reason why I care about these details is that the expectations of this hotel are quite high, and I hope to do better in the future! The owner has invested a lot of cost to build the hardware.
