I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the hotel's family room. The spaciousness of the room provided ample space for my family and me to relax comfortably. The firsthand experience was truly delightful, allowing us to create memorable moments together. While the room boasted a pleasing view, it's worth noting that the positioning of the two beds felt a bit distant, which could be improved for a more cohesive family experience. The sliding bathroom door posed a minor inconvenience as it wasn't the easiest to navigate, and I found myself struggling with it at times. Another minor drawback was the absence of shelves or storage options within the shower area, making it a bit challenging to keep our toiletries organized. Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience in the family room was positive. The spaciousness and engaging atmosphere certainly outweighed the small inconveniences we encountered. We left with fond memories of our time there and would consider returning in the future.

Hygiene: The tabletop in the room can be said to be spotless Service: All the service staff are courteous and just right. Zhang Dandan from the housekeeping department is patient and meticulous. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable and very warm. The beds are soft and people don't want to get up as soon as they lie down. The facilities in the room are all available and very clean and tidy. The design of the bathroom is also very reasonable, the water temperature of the shower is conveniently adjusted, and the water pressure is sufficient, so that I can enjoy the comfortable bathing time after a day of exhaustion.

The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

Evaluation: I have lived here in Shengzhou for many years and I have not commented. The little girl at the front desk said that it was convenient to give a 5-star praise, so I commented on one. The hotel is very good, otherwise I will not live here every time, health and service are good, the parking lot used to be charged, and now it is free. There was no breakfast before, and it started last year. It is very friendly to our business trips, mainly a convenience and affordable price. It can't be compared with star hotels, the price is there. But in all fairness, living comfortably is enough.

Participating in a friend's wedding hotel, the environment of this hotel is really impeccable, whether it is the spacious and bright lobby or the warm and comfortable rooms, people feel the warmth of home. The green plants and artworks in the hotel add a bit of artistic atmosphere, making people feel the cultural pottery while enjoying comfortable accommodation.

房間還可以，應該是開的比較早，設計一般化，但洗澡🚿熱水很好，空調也是新的，商家服務態度很好，停車方便！
